Would never give this place any business. Salesperson cursed and yelled at my wife while she negotiated pricing. Manager called and excused his behavior because he had a rough background. Sorry, not acceptable service or management. Not to mention their trade in offers are scammy, they are really just trying to rip everyone off. It's sad.
They are very great about getting you into a dream car no matter what it takes. they will tell you something but have you sign something else. They will conceal any minor or major issues that a used vehicle has just to get it sold, then tell you to take it to a shop to get repaired because you bought As Is. First of all this is a very difficult review to write since I know my own automotive shop is subject to review and I don't promote negative reviews. I have had my car at this service department a couple of times in the last 6 weeks. It has been to repair a noise that sounds like a droning noise at idle with that a/c on. The first two weeks they had my brand new Murano they replaced the a/c compressor, then they send it back to me "fixed".....my wife picked it up and it was still NOT fixed. Well that will be the last time I go... i will go to Ford next time I'm thinking about a trade in my Nissan for Ford since they didn't want to help me... stayed there almost two and a half hour's letting me think I had a new one...
I guess town north has removed my review. Just like they removed my good credit score. About a year ago we purchased our 2nd nissan from town north on burnet road they took our trade . also a car purchased from them. Flash forward to a year later and my credit has dropped 40pts because they didn't payoff my trade as promised so now it appears I haven't made a payment in a year. There is almost nothing worse than a lying salespeople...almost I said...except for a lying sales floor manager. I have just wasted three hours of me and my wife's time tonight shopping at Town North Nissan. We had issues at both their new car lot and their used car lot with two different sales people. I was thinking about buying a new car and when asked when the best time to reach me was, I stated anytime after 6 pm M-F. I've been receiving calls, emails, and finally text messages during hours I specifically did not want to be contacted by from a dealer (Konstantin Allen) whom by the way sent a very unprofessional text message after I told him that I do not want his business anymore. These calls were borderline harassing. I had to block his number. I will definitely not be buying a car at this dealership.
Town North Nissan is absolutely awful. I have been trying to cancel my maintenance plan since May. I got one email almost a month ago ask for me to email my vin and mileage on my car. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have emailed and left messages. I refuse to keep a maintenance plan when they are always over booked and anytime I have taken my car in for a oil change and told them Ill be waiting in the break room it always take 2 hours for a oil change.
