Extremely dissatisfied with this dealership, the salesman and the managers. My 20 year old son purchased a used car with his own money and within five days garage floor was covered in oil/ fluid. They repaired a hose/gasket and called it good but 36 hours later “service engine soon” light came on. Took it to a another mechanic to get a different opinion and paid for multi point inspection to be told the car should have failed the state inspection. They refused to un-do the deal. We will be pursuing legal action.

I was amazed at the lack of customer service I received this week when I took my car in for some issues. They passed me around to multiple people who offered no information about my car; at one point they told me my car might not have been dropped off, when it had been sitting there for 4 hours. When they finally did get around to checking on my car, they gave me no update as to what the problem was, thankfully (I guess) the fix was a recall issue, so I didn't have to pay for anything. Of course they did their general inspec... read more

I had the Worst experience ever. Now i know i didn't have a appointment or anything. I went in because my door handle was Broken. They told me they had the part and it could be fixed that day. So i was so happy and was like ok. So i waited in the waiting room for hours. 3 hours in the person that was helping me told me that my car was in the Express lane and it should be done shortly. Remind you i called in to work and everything . so 2 more hours later i go look for the rep that was assisting me she than let me know that it... read more

The service department should be ashamed of themselves . They gave me an estimate for over 8grand for repairs on my Xterra . Since there was no way I could afford that I took it to another mechanic who said 90% of what they said was wrong was perfectly fine & did not need to be repaired. This should be considered attempted theft in my book. Not to mention the stress this all caused me. Shame on your service dept. geez do your mechanics work on commission ? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOWN NORTH NISSAN , EVER !! Maybe a call to a... read more

Had an appointment for 11. Told it would take 2-3 hours. Was told someone would look at my car immediately. Come to find out 7 hours later no one has touched it, won't give me a loaner vehicle that's on my service package because they haven't done diagnostics on it. When I asked for a shuttle to come and get me back to the dealership at 4:50 I was told they were sending someone my way now. At 5:40 I was told no one would be coming and I had to figure out how to get there before 6pm. I have work at 8 pm and this place is 6 mi... read more

Don't call and offer my wife a "VIP" $10 oil change if she has to sit there for 3 hours for her car to never enter the shop. She's leaving and we're never coming back. Her last service you couldn't keep your appointment time either. Done.

I bought a brand new 2017 Nissan Altima back in March from here, all and all a good experience besides our sales lady, Amanda being SUPER pushy for a sale. Now they’re service department is sh*t. I went in 2 months ago to the one on research Blvd, where I bought my vehicle from for a recall and needed the splash guard under front bumper put back up because it got ripped off on a curb. They fixed it no problem. I today went in for a scheduled appointment at 930 for an oil change and needed a popping noise in my door henge loo... read more

Once again, another Nissan dealership where the service folks do not provide any updates at all. After being told that my services would take about three hours, I did not leave until six and a half hours after I arrived. I had an appointment, I had told them a week ahead of time what I needed done and I told them I would be waiting in their waiting area. Three and a half hours after I arrived, I went to the service desk to get an update because apparently they do not come out to update you unless you go seeking them out. I w... read more
