Horrible experience every time I've been in there. One employee used disgusting fowl language in front of my daughter who is a mockingbird. All the employees act like frat boys, a couple even had their "chicks" walking around in the used department. I like my car but hate that we bought it through them.
I would never buy a car from this particular dealership based on the appalling disrespect that the used car manager displayed to us.
Worst f&i department ever!!! I got a car in January & have asked many times for my copy of the contract for the loan since I didn't get it that night & still have not got it. It is illegal to not give/get a copy. Steve & Wally are the worst & the better business bureau complaint I have know it too.
finance director is very rude.
