I had the worst customer service from the sales guy Kyle Forga and the manager!! I went to check out a 2005 blue Mini Cooper they had for sale and it had all kinds of issues, check engine light was on, bad front suspension, air bags light was on and no power steering!! They acted like they didn't care and got mad when I told them about the issues this car had and when I asked them why they didn't tell me about these issues, Kyle started to cuss me out!! This is the worst dealership I have EVER been to! One of the sales representatives, Kyle Forga is the biggest asshole I've ever come across. He was rude, arrogant and just downright a jackass. Not only do they have shitty customer service overall, the manager doesn't give a shit about anything or his customers. All I am trying to do is to cancel my Extended Warranty Service but just that even after submitting the paperwork, nothing happens!! I have also called about 10 times atleast to get a status on this but of no avail!! The finance department is a real pain. They do not respond to your calls and if you go in person, they ask you to come back the next day. Even if you buy your car here, make sure you go through a different lender where you can altogether avoid the finance department.
They were trying to charge me $70.00 for a repair South Point Nissan (Clay Cooley Nissan) in South Austin did for $23.25. The most dishonest service specialist I've ever encountered. What's the point in making an appointment if you don't touch my car for two hours?
I've used Town North for over 10 years...we've bought 5 cars here. This is the fourth time in a row that I've had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change (today almost 3hours so far). I just asked how much longer will this take..... No apology....response, "it's just another one of those days" When I'm done with this car.... I will likely NEVER use Town North again. Stay away from this dealer! Dishonest management and vehicles that have issues. In all the years we have purchased this is the worst dealership ever!
