Purchased a car from this dealership and paid cash. Have been trying to get the title for 4 months now. They never return a phone call and claim that there is only one person who can do titles. Horrible customer service. I even left a voicemail for the person over the accounting dept. Never got a return phone call from this person either.
I made an appointment for 10:30 this morning and I've been sitting for three hours waiting for an OIL CHANGE. The sales woman came out and said that now that her computer is up again, they can START working on my car. WHAT THE HELL???? It's almost been four full hours that I've been sitting here with not even a word to tell me what's going on. I'm not surprised though, they're slow as fuck every other time I've come here too. Can't wait to get my vehicle and LEAVE.
Well, I've bought lots of cars in my life, but I've never had a sales manager tell me to f-off, but it happened today. Lol. He also told me I probably couldn't afford the truck. I've been trying to reach your finance dpto to cancel an extended warranty for weeks, everytime there's an excuse, this shouldn't be so hard, I was under a good impression until this happened... very dissapointing, hope someone can reach out and help with my situation...
Please stay away from the used cars section. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a "certified" vehicle, a Rogue, and it had issues with the rotors (it vibrated when braking). When the car was taken back to the dealership because of that issue their sales person, Adam, told me that the vibration could have been eliminated by upgrading the brakes and that vibratiom was perfectly normal on those kind of SUVs. My wife and I purchased a new 2015 Rogue about 2 months ago. We drove off the lot the same night with a dealer provided temporary (paper) licence plate, and we were told we'd be receiving the plates in a couple weeks. We let a month go by, and nothing. We called to check the status on the licence plates, and they told us they just came in the mail. Worst experience in my life from anywhere, and that's before ever stepping foot in this place. I was in search of a car and I had submitted some information online. I got contacted by a salesman on oct. 15th in the morning while I was at work. The salesman called me 7 times in a row after me not answering, because I was at work! Stay away!!! Do not EVER GO TO USED CAR SALES!!! Horrible experience! Bought my car last week they said it was ready to be picked up and had been cleaned. WRONG showed up an hour after they called to be told it would be done in a hour. By the time I got my car ,4 hours later cause of more problems, they gave it to me with no brake lights and gum stuck to the trim and seat belts and not very clean at all! 3 days later my check engine light comes on and now I'm in hell trying to get that situation figured out! I left a message for the General Manager on Saturday (October 10, 2015) morning asking for a return phone call because my car has been in their shop for a total of 4 weeks now and I was looking for answers. I have yet to receive a call back. Maybe my message on here will be seen and I can be acknowledged. Simple customer service!
