After buying my last Altima from your dealership, there was a problem with the service and parts department so two negative reviews and only one for a service advisor only. Service Advisors (excluding Martin F, I won't mention any names) I had my car serviced for steering wheel fluid hose replacements and the return valve needed a new hose and the advisor stated to me that it would take couple of days to come in. I will not ever purchase another vehicle from this ownership group (Maxwell). I purchased a used vehicle from here at the end of June.After several conversations with the dealership and my bank (each time thinking the issue had been resolved) I got a phone call (a full month after I bought the car) telling me that I needed to return the car because they had not been paid. Horrible place. Tried to turn in my lease that I had received from Town North and was completely ignored. Representative I talked to was rude and walked away from my wife as she was i mid sentence. I advised him I wanted to leave the car there since they wouldn't help me and he threatened to have it towed! I sent emails to corporate staff with complaints that have yet to be answered. I think that 1⭐ is to much. We brought a vehicle and within 1 month it needed service. Service that the warranty and the dealership would not cover. They are crooks! They will promise you everything to buy but if you have a problem no one will return your calls or talk to you when you come to the dealership. They are liars, rude,and charlatans! No issues with the sales persons but more issues while taking Extended Warranty, full of mistakes and more gimmicks than service.
Wanted to give a shout out to Carlos, Constantine, and the rest of the finance department for lying through their teeth about running a credit check without approval and for some really annoying and belligerent sales practices. My girlfriend and I went there to look at a Juke and discuss some ballpark figures to see if she was within a comfortable range to possibly buy it. I have been to this showroom on 2-28-2015 and had the worst experience in my life. I had decided on Altima 2.5 S n was negotiating with the sales person. The sales person was quoting a price(18,999) to which I agreed but I mentioned to give me couple of detailing vouchers free. He went n negotiated with his manager n the manGer wrote this on the paper . "Price is 19644 ( this was 600 more than what we agreed) n u need to detail my car 3 times". Detail his car 3 times???? Terrible experience be here they take so long...I been 3hours wait for my car. They works been the cellphone txt or eating even not they lunch time. They ignoring us the customer. I ask can they taking me to pay my bills they say need to sing in the sheet and wait.
