The service dept has gotten really bad! I had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change and my car just got into the shop at noon! Not coming here again. I did buy 2 new Xterra's from here over the past 13yrs, but not anymore.
Every time I have to come here for service I hate it. Big cluster. Someone was supposed to contact me prior to my appointment to answer some questions- nope, didn't happen. Then the tech doesn't even have my full information at check in? Seriously why am I thorough when checking in online? :(
Horrific, Disrespectful and damn right Inconsiderate. On Thursday June 16 2016. Had been speaking and texting with a sales man by the name of Lee Jenkins. Agreed on a price and terms on an extra key, ( As the car only had 1 Key) for a used Nissan Altima. Worst dealership in Texas, not just austin area. Nobody returns calls here. It is unbelievable the lack of service you guys give, or don't give.
It's has become really frustrating to try and reach and get work done from the finance guys on this dealership . I had raised a request for the return of the security + policy which was sold to me in order to get my finance approved . Now once i have changed my financer i am facing much difficulties in returning this policy . The biggest one is reaching these finance guys . I'll start off by saying that I wish there was a negative star rating option but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can go. My girlfriend and I bought a car about a month ago and you're dealership has failed to send the purchase order. We have called repeatedly and have been avoided by Adam, the salesperson for the vehicle, and his manager, don't know his name but is an extremely rude individual. Usually good service but today , it's taken almost 2 hours to do an oil chance , when I asked for a status update they went looking for paper work , they came in and said they had slipped the paper work on his desk and apologized and had me sign the paperwork , he accompanied me to my car and when we approached , it was NOT , my car it was someone else's car and paper work, I stressed it's been two hours for an oil change and have seen people come and go , he said he didn't know why my car wasn't ready , then came back a few... read more
