Avoid Dealer whenever possible Don’t go to dealer unless no choice . Car computer problem necessitated visit . Complimentary multipoint inspection done with all points scored as excellent including emergency brake which has been dismantled and removed years ago 😤… obviously this ‘inspection’ is not legitimate — or else you need to hire some more knowledgeable mechanics!!!!!!

Long, Long oil change Disappointed, I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. I was there before 1:30 and I did not get out of there till 3:40 , I figured I’d be there Max an hour, the most it should take 40 minutes to change oil in rotate the tires.

Service appointment It took 1 and 1/2 hours to do a tire rotation and safety check. They seem to be overbooked in the service department. This service was for a lease vehicle.

So so Only needed an oil change. They pulled out a checklist, and without much discussion, added on extras. Then they shared what needed to be done and recommended service. After 9 minutes of asking questions and then looking at past service, we decided to do only the oil change. What a way to treat customers! How many fall for the recommended service? This service advisor worked with me, so I was happy. It still takes over an hour to change oil. Waiting room is super crowded. During Covid? Ugh, went walking instead.

Customer If There was another closer dealership I’d go elsewhere. Not safe practices for COVID nor good customer check in or explanation. Never 3-4 times have I had a positive experience, except the parts department.

Mrs customer All good except one chewing gum employee could not keep his mask over his nose. Being a high risk for COVID, I almost walked out, but needed to retrieve my car. I normally do not do business with a place where masks are not warm correctly by employees.

Blind spot indicator lights Problem of blind spot indicator lights was just a matter of pushing a button on the dash and I was charged $99 for a diagnostic. The driver checked it flipped switch in a matter of minutes. This was an unreasonable amount for the service.

cars were not clean when I picked them up Not thrilled at all with my buying experience. Bought two cars and when I came to pick them up they weren’t even clean. Was told that they were very busy and try to do the best they could

Longest Oil Change I’m History I arrived ten minutes ahead for oil change. Asked service desk to have tech check muffler for any leaks. An hour and twenty five minutes the oil change was done. The tech never checked muffler. Service guy said tech did but just didn’t write down what he found.
