Mike Knight found us the best Rav4 and Scott Caverhill got us the best price on it. CJ did an incredible job installing the tow hitch receiver. It looks as if the factory had done it. Mo was exceptional in the finance department and worked his magic in getting us the right payment. Thanks guys. We will be back.
No high pressure tactics, very genuine service techs and staff - especially Dennis, who let me know how things were going throughout the day which I appreciated. Also got a loaner car based on the amount of service I had done, and that process was quick and easy and the car was very nice!
The tech who helped us was knowledgeable, courteous, and articulate-went beyond call of duty to make sure we understood everything. We’ come back again!

Came to Portland from out of town about 3 weeks ago for a conference at the Oregon Convention Center. Shortly before arriving in Portland, the "Check Engine" light came on in my Lexus. The next day I contacted the service dept. to see if they could help me since the nearest Lexus dealer was out in Beaverton. They said to bring it right over and they would try to take care of it. We had a great experience with our sales persons, Lexi and Thai, for the two new vehicles we bought recently. We had an issue with one of them and went back after talking to the Sales Manager.
