I came here because they had the most selection of Tacoma's but I found better prices online elsewhere. However, they price matched without me even asking, and even beat the price by a couple hundred. After that, they let me take my time to make a decision (I wanted to make sure I was picking the right configuration) and stayed true to their offer when I finally selected one. The purchase process only took about an hour. Once they gave me the keys, Horatio ran me through every little button and detail of the vehicle - he def... read more
I got a flat tire due to a nail embedded in one of my tires while I was working. Broadway Toyota was prompt in replacing my tire (due to the location of the nail it was not safe to patch the hole) and got me back on the road so I could get back to work. The service department is always prompt, skilled and friendly.
The time estimate for service was good, as was the coffee from the automated machine. It was also nice to be able to schedule it on the same day, earlier in the morning. They couldn't tell me which light bulb that was replaced on the rear exterior, I was aware of the burned out headlight, though.
It great, and fast. Easy to deal with, and right close to anything. Nice waiting area with snacks and drinks, great service from everyone in the toyota of Portland.
They completed two warrant items and found what the cause was of a noise I had been hearing. Dennis was very helpful, friendly, and communicated with me as work was completed.
I took my Prius in for some belated 60,000 mile maintenance. However, I wasn't sure what services I needed since I was about 15,000 miles late taking it in. Tony lined things out very clearly and made some smart initial recommendations. Following the diagnostic, there were some additional repair issues that I had not foreseen. Tony worked with me to choose the best options for both my car and pocketbook. I had a great overall experience and it was money well spent!
The service guy, Mike Quinn, was great to work with and he provided a loaner car. He's great because he listens, he explains what they will do, how long it will take and what it will cost, so no surprises. I had the clip for the driver's seatbelt replaced (was jammed after a breakin). The clip cost $72 and labor $121. The cost for such a simple part seems high to me, but then, I am not trying to run a repair service.
Toyota of Portland provided great service when I stopped in to have a few things checked on my 4-Runner. They did an oil change and I asked them to check the brakes and also asked them if there was anything critical that needed to be dealt with. They were very honest and showed me the inspection paperwork, and pointed out that everything looked great. Everyone was very professional and courteous.
My 2008 Rav was in for a factory recall. Dan spent the extra time to help me understand the recall and the procedures for followup. He called me when the vehicle was ready and explained all the details on the service invoice.
