We recently purchased our second new Toyota from Toyota of Portland. Nick was very professional and ensured that our transaction was seamless. Everyone at the dealership is courteous, helpful, and service-oriented.
Purchased my 2015 Highlander and 2017 Prius Prime here essentially from primary residence in CA since I didn't need a test drive or to look at the vehicles ahead of time. Pretty seamless purchase. The Prius wasn't due until later this month but I lucked out and they had someone back out on one that was a different color so we were able to pick it up this weekend while we happened to be in the area. Service was excellently done, timely and efficient. The agent even completed a repair that they had no responsibility to complete and did it with a most generous and gracious spirit. I am always pleased when I have my car serviced at Toyota of Portland.
Great service staff. They hustle around and pretty much keep on schedule. Doing some construction in the lobby waiting area which is kinda loud, And they lost the big screen TV, but highly recommended. Going on 3 years now. And finally, I forgot the name of my advisor but he was totally honest and does his job the way everybody should.

We came in just to look. Ended up with a 2017 Tacoma. We are in the process of buying a house so they were really respectful of running our credit report until the process was done. Really liked the low pressure attitude they had.

I have always had a positive treatment at Broadway Toyota and all the personnel have been very polite and willing to do most anything to help with the car. I have been going to Broadway Toyota since March 2007 and always get my cars serviced there. I have never had a long wait for my car and they always talk to me and explain what they did to the car. why would I want to go somewhere else for my car service when I get good service and good treatment.
