My Service Writer, Dan Zika, always gets me in on time, makes sure that I get thorough service as quickly as possible and keeps me informed of the exact time I can pick my car up. Dan is great and he is the main reason I choose to have my vehicles serviced at Toyota of Portland.
I bought my Prius here and love it. When it developed a rattle near the steering column, it took two trips but on the second visit, Drew found the problem and fixed it. Efficient and friendly service.
Our service technicians were very helpful and nice to work with. We love the Toyota Prius and would buy it again. We have always gone to this dealership for service and will continue to do so.
Bought my Tacoma here in 2001; they've provided all routine, scheduled maintenance, and just one unscheduled repair. It's always excellent: scheduling, drop-off, courtesy shuttle; and the work of the mechanics is always right and right on-time.
Although the service center was swamped with other customers the day I was there, I was super impressed by how efficiently everything was running. It was clear that they were "running 100 mph"/were super busy, but the employees all focused on their time and conversations with me, took time to answer my questions, were polite despite their other evident time pressures, and definitely earned my continuing business!
I Had an amazing experience at the dealership getting my oil changed. All the workers were so friendly & efficient! I will definitely be going back & highly recommend!
Great service, friendly, communicative staff, and dependable. I'm a returning customer. A minor mishap happened while servicing that was taken care of quickly with no charge and no problem.
brought my car in for oil change and rotation, Ben was my advisor and he was great. I think though that your facility books too many cars to be serviced that the mechanics can handle. You should allow time for them to work without pressure Don't burn them up.
Matt the salesperson and Scott the General Manager were excellent on helping me get a Toyata Tacoma Truck. Matt went out of his way to show me several Tacomas, some new and some used to try to get me into a Toyota Truck. I think we went thru 4 trucks and they tried hard to make my budget work on getting a new truck. When all else failed to make my budget work with getting a new truck, Matt and Scott went in detail how a lease system works on getting a new truck.
