I have been bringing my 2013 Corolla to Toyota of Portland for service since I bought it and I always have a great experience there, my car gets done in a timely manner and all the service people are very friendly and helpful
Graham was great to work with before and great again today. I just felt like he actually cared about giving good service to the customer. I expect to return to the dealer again and again. We really love our Prius and think they provide the best service.
I would HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Portland to anyone buying their first car. I had a seamless experience and was guided by professional, positive and trustworthy staff. From the time I got to the dealership, through the deal and financing, I barely had to wait for anything, and was brought along every step of the way. My Service Writer, Dan Zika, always gets me in on time, makes sure that I get thorough service as quickly as possible and keeps me informed of the exact time I can pick my car up. Dan is great and he is the main reason I choose to have my vehicles serviced at Toyota of Portland.
I bought my Prius here and love it. When it developed a rattle near the steering column, it took two trips but on the second visit, Drew found the problem and fixed it. Efficient and friendly service.
Our service technicians were very helpful and nice to work with. We love the Toyota Prius and would buy it again. We have always gone to this dealership for service and will continue to do so.
Bought my Tacoma here in 2001; they've provided all routine, scheduled maintenance, and just one unscheduled repair. It's always excellent: scheduling, drop-off, courtesy shuttle; and the work of the mechanics is always right and right on-time.
Although the service center was swamped with other customers the day I was there, I was super impressed by how efficiently everything was running. It was clear that they were "running 100 mph"/were super busy, but the employees all focused on their time and conversations with me, took time to answer my questions, were polite despite their other evident time pressures, and definitely earned my continuing business!
I Had an amazing experience at the dealership getting my oil changed. All the workers were so friendly & efficient! I will definitely be going back & highly recommend!
