We took our 2005 Prius in for what we thought would be a simple oil change. Ben Norman was the most professional service advisor I've had the privilege to work with in my 50+ years of driving. As he inspected the car, he found a leak that threatened to take out our entire electric system. He called as soon as he made this discovery, and gave us an estimated return date of the next day.
