I've tried two other Toyota dealerships over 30 years in the Portland area. I go here because they are the only ones I trust.
We went into the dealership on Saturday and Pat and Ian got us in a 2014 Rav4, the total process of test drive, application, approval and signing had us out in less than 3 hours which is amazing. Ian went the extra mile of working for a lower interest rate and Pat was a great salesman for Toyota. we am very pleased with the experience. I have to let everyone know that working with Broadway Toyota out does itself every time I need them. I drive from Vancouver to Broadway because they are the best for Service and Satisfaction. Our T100 Truck is always repaired with outstanding expertise by the Excellent Talented Professional work force they employ. If you're shopping for a car, do yourself a favor and work with Dan. I've been in the retail businesses for 16 years and I can assure you there aren't many guys like him. I did not intend to buy a new truck but chatted with Kenny Khzam while my old truck was being serviced. He took the time to show me a new truck which was more in line with my needs (Automatic transmission) and over a few days of continued pleasant contact and low key bargaining he produced numbers which were agreeable and we made the deal. This is the third vehicle I or my family have purchased from this dealership and all experiences were excellent.

Kylar is a true sales professional taking into consideration his customers before his quota or commission.
