Great service, friendly, communicative staff, and dependable. I'm a returning customer. A minor mishap happened while servicing that was taken care of quickly with no charge and no problem.
brought my car in for oil change and rotation, Ben was my advisor and he was great. I think though that your facility books too many cars to be serviced that the mechanics can handle. You should allow time for them to work without pressure Don't burn them up.
Matt the salesperson and Scott the General Manager were excellent on helping me get a Toyata Tacoma Truck. Matt went out of his way to show me several Tacomas, some new and some used to try to get me into a Toyota Truck. I think we went thru 4 trucks and they tried hard to make my budget work on getting a new truck. When all else failed to make my budget work with getting a new truck, Matt and Scott went in detail how a lease system works on getting a new truck. I've bought from this Toyota and had a great experience before so of course I came back for my next upgrade. The experience hasn't changed - it was still as good or even better than last time. Nic helped me and he was so wonderful and knowledgeable! Long story short, I ended up with two vehicles and two payments. I wanted to trade them both for a Hybrid Highlander that I really want. Nic worked with me a few days prior so when I came in, they had pretty much everything set and ready for me. It was a great experience overall!
I really got a great deal I my Prius C. I believe they will continue to give me the best during my ownership of this car. I company and staff with integrity.
I bought a 2014 Honda Civic, a pretty little red thing I'm very happy with. My old car is a 1997 Civic, so I hadn't been in a dealership for awhile. My son-in-law helped me and is friends with Pat Doolan, their Sales Consultant, so this helped greatly. Pat did a great job, and there were no surprises in Finance with Ian Cour.
We bought a 2017 Hybrid Highlander using their Internet Sales process. Michael, our Internet Sales rep, was great. He found us the car we wanted thru a dealer trade. The price was fair based on my research. Only negative part was getting an option installed due to confusion over delivery of part. Not a big deal if you live in Portland but we live in Bend so we had to make a second trip to Portland.
If you are looking for excellent service Broadway Toyato is the best. I have been taking my vehicles there for years, always happy with service!
This is the third car in a row I've bought from this dealership. Matt - the sales manager was excellent and did a great job with the entire process - highly recommend!
