I felt Kenny was exceptional. He asked question in what I was looking for and explored all avenues to get me the car I wanted for a great price. Financing was within the limits I set for myself before going to this dealership. Overall this dealership far excedes other car dealerships

My exoerience with this transaction was excellent. Very professional, honest and concerned about what I wanted. The salesman made sure that all my needs were met. Ken was positive, energetic & friendly. He did not pressure me. Due to an excess of customers, the process took longer than it should have. At times Ken left to work with other customers. This was not his fault and I would definitely work with Ken again. His frankness & enthusiasm were refreshing.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a new 2011 Toyota Prius III from Broadway Toyota-Scion. Nikki Larson was my direct sales representative. She was terrific in giving me all the time and information I required to make a positive decision to purchase the car that day. She even arranged to have her and her sales supervisor drive my new Prius and an extra car to follow me to my home in West Linn so I did not have to arrange for someone to help me pick up the new car myself. Our salesman, Ken Scott, was the BEST! We came back to Broadway Toyota specifically to work with him again (this is our 2nd Toyota). He's friendly, down to Earth, honest and not pushy in the least. As long as he's there, we'll be return customers!!! We also had a great experience with Sweeney (the money man). He was straight forward and really seemed to respect our time by not dragging out the process. They are a fantastic duo.

My past experiences with car dealers have been unpleasant. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. At Broadway Totyota, I felt GREAT! Sayed was very very patient, honest, and understanding. He was a dream to work with. And super knowledgeable about the Prius! The car we ended up buying was just perfect for us. Thank you, Sayed, for your help. I worked with Sayed who made my experience of purchasing my first new car a breeze. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and not into a pressured sale at all Thanks so much for your wonderful service and teaching me to drive my new hybrid! It was a pleasant surprise to have a woman as my car salesperson. Women have a better sense of what another woman wants in a car. Heather allowed me to take my time, test drive any car I wanted, ask all the questions I had, and enjoy pleasant conversation.
