My husband and I recently purchased a Camry from Broadway Toyota. We both were pleased with the outstanding service we received during and after our purchase. I initially started with Heather Jensen via the dealer website. Made a visit several days later and she showed me a vehicle similiar to what I was interested in. While I was there she introduced me to Chris, the dealer sales manager. She continued to stay in contact often enough but not too much. Answered any questions I had via e-mail exchanges. I am from Conway Spring Kansas and I bought my 2011 4 Runner at Broadway Toyota in Portland Oregon and I would drive or fly back to Portland and buy again. We were pleased and satisfied with our shopping and purchasing experience with Jeff, Sweeney and Tim from the Broadway sales team. I am very impressed with my experience at Broadway. I bought a used vehicle from them on Saturday and it turned out to not be a good fit for me. I went back today and both Kenny,Sweeney and Dea did everything in their power to get me in a different vehicle. When I came to Broadway Toyota I was not looking to buy a car that day. But when my sales person Wade Norris came and assisted me with my purchase, he made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anything.
