My past experiences with car dealers have been unpleasant. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. At Broadway Totyota, I felt GREAT! Sayed was very very patient, honest, and understanding. He was a dream to work with. And super knowledgeable about the Prius! The car we ended up buying was just perfect for us. Thank you, Sayed, for your help. The other employees were also welcoming and positive. Overall, a great experience and a great brand new earth loving car!

I worked with Sayed who made my experience of purchasing my first new car a breeze. It was a pleasant surprise to have a woman as my car salesperson. Women have a better sense of what another woman wants in a car. Heather allowed me to take my time, test drive any car I wanted, ask all the questions I had, and enjoy pleasant conversation. I initially started with Heather Jensen via the dealer website. Made a visit several days later and she showed me a vehicle similiar to what I was interested in. While I was there she introduced me to Chris, the dealer sales manager. She continued to stay in contact often enough but not too much. Answered any questions I had via e-mail exchanges. I purchased a new corolla at Broadway Toyota and it was a pleased experience. No pressure sales pitch. My sales person, Matthew Beldon, is great and friendly. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go see Matthew if they need to purchase a car.

I am from Conway Spring Kansas and I bought my 2011 4 Runner at Broadway Toyota in Portland Oregon and I would drive or fly back to Portland and buy again. We were pleased and satisfied with our shopping and purchasing experience with Jeff, Sweeney and Tim from the Broadway sales team.
