I contacted Broadway Toyota for my 3 purchase of a Prius. Heather sent back information I requested the next day. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Prius IV that evening. As in the past the aqll went well and I drove home a very happy camper. E. Lankow

I am very impressed with my experience at Broadway. I bought a used vehicle from them on Saturday and it turned out to not be a good fit for me. I went back today and both Kenny,Sweeney and Dea did everything in their power to get me in a different vehicle. They listened to me patiently and were genuinely concerned about making my experience positive. I drove home in a great truck and I would definetly recommend their services to anyone. When I came to Broadway Toyota I was not looking to buy a car that day. But when my sales person Wade Norris came and assisted me with my purchase, he made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anything. I purchased a new Land Cruiser from Broadway last month. I was actually surfing the web and "chatted" with the sales person (Rod), who said they had what I was looking for in stock. I replied that I'd be down within an hour and when I arrived the car was right out front awaiting my test drive. Rod was very helpful in explaining the features and showed me how to import my contacts from iPhone after I bought the car. They gladly stayed open late while my wife and I completed the paperwork. I give them a "10".

Found the car, was in and driving home within 1 hour. Kenny was great, knew the inventory backwards and forwards and help find the right car and within budget. The sales manager and the entire staff did not do the usual pressure sales pitch. Everything was very professional. Highly recommend this company and Kenny.

I was very pleased overall with my purchasing experience at Toyota Broadway. I bought a new Tacoma and I felt the sale was low pressure with very little hassle of any kind. Heather was very nice and we found what I needed/wanted almost immediately. This was my first new car I've bought and I wasn't sure what exactly the protocol was but it Heather made it all understandable. Broadway Toyoto made the trade in and purchase of a new Prius an easy 'no hassle' experience. They took as much time as I wanted but didn't waste my time. They did not pressure to buy 'extras'. They spent an adequate time showing and explaining the new features.

A week before I bought my car, my partner leased a new Corolla from Jason. Jason made the whole experience so enjoyable that I decided to return to him for help in getting out of a vehicle with poor gas mileage and into something that made more sense to drive. Jason was able to find just the right fit for me and work out a fair trade in too. At no time did I feel pressured into buying but instead felt the whole Broadway team was on my side and dedicated to making my time spent with them as pleasant as could be.
