We walked in with a newspaper ad asking to see some of the 41 Camry's advertised at $18,977.00. Bruce greeted us just outside the dealership and showed us the car we were wanting to purchase. We chose a color (magnetic gray) and took a test drive. Bruce went over all of features and after the test drive asked if we were interested in purchasing it. Bruce was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure salesmanship. He took the extra time to show me how some things in the car worked. He even got another salesperson to set up the Blue Tooth. His supervisor helped out with the financing.

Ron the sales person was excellent! He was patient, answered all of our questions, acted quickly for us to take delivery of our new car and spent time showing us different features of the car. Pete was the manager and was extremely helpful and made our transactions very smooth. Dean was the credit manager and was also very pleasant, helpful and the transaction went very smoothly. My wife and I live in So-Cal and bought a truck for our daughter and son in law who live in the portland area for a surprise Xmas gift over the phone with Rod Shogren. I shopped So-Cal then all over portland and Rod made it happen. We got the best deal and Rod went above and beyond in every way. I flew down and he helped us pull off "the" most amazing surprise. Rod was awesome. My dad suprised me with a new tacoma and Rod went ubove and beyond. I was totally suprised, and he was all in on it! Everybody at Broadway was personable and friendly. They made the whole car buing process so easy. Thank you for making this special!

All members of the team at Broadway Toyota were very personable, but also respectfully professional. I have been to several dealerships that try pushing same day sales, but I never felt that pressure here. Pros and cons were considered for all vehicles and features I was interested in. The negotiation process was not intimidating and I didn't feel pressured into anything I was uncomfortable with. I feel like I was given a pretty good deal at the end of the day.

Heather was pleasant and easy to work with. She helped with all aspects of my transaction. Heather also was attentive toward the little details, and made the entire process go smoothly. She also offered to pick me up at my home to take delivery of my new Highlander. Heather also followed up in the days afterward to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any concerns or questions.
