My husband and I aren't known to be fans of the car buying experience. Ron the sales person was excellent! He was patient, answered all of our questions, acted quickly for us to take delivery of our new car and spent time showing us different features of the car. Pete was the manager and was extremely helpful and made our transactions very smooth. Dean was the credit manager and was also very pleasant, helpful and the transaction went very smoothly. My wife and I live in So-Cal and bought a truck for our daughter and son in law who live in the portland area for a surprise Xmas gift over the phone with Rod Shogren. I shopped So-Cal then all over portland and Rod made it happen. We got the best deal and Rod went above and beyond in every way. I flew down and he helped us pull off "the" most amazing surprise. Rod was awesome. My dad suprised me with a new tacoma and Rod went ubove and beyond. I was totally suprised, and he was all in on it! Everybody at Broadway was personable and friendly. They made the whole car buing process so easy. Thank you for making this special!

All members of the team at Broadway Toyota were very personable, but also respectfully professional. I have been to several dealerships that try pushing same day sales, but I never felt that pressure here. Pros and cons were considered for all vehicles and features I was interested in. The negotiation process was not intimidating and I didn't feel pressured into anything I was uncomfortable with. I feel like I was given a pretty good deal at the end of the day.

Heather was pleasant and easy to work with. She helped with all aspects of my transaction. Heather also was attentive toward the little details, and made the entire process go smoothly. She also offered to pick me up at my home to take delivery of my new Highlander. Heather also followed up in the days afterward to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any concerns or questions.

My wife and I had not planned on buying a car on our visit to Broadway Toyota, but Amilie had located a 2008 Prius for us to test drive. It had been a lease vehicle, so it was in very good shape. Amilie, our salesperson, was very helpful and friendly. The dealership was responsive to our concern about pricing, and were willing to negotiate in good faith. So far, we have been pleased with our experience at Broadway Toyota, and hope that we will have a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

The sales agent (Jason Shepperd) was great to work with. The quality of an agent is the quality of service after the sale is made. He continued supporting me and providing a great quality of service. He was laid back, easy to talk to, and wasn't a high pressure sales agent. Also, the management was helpful in the negotiation process and was very flexible.

Friendly and helpful salesman. Explained everything to us so that we could make the right decision suitable to our situation. Our family are happy to get the new car. Overall experience was excellent and it could be better if there were more finance people to handle the paperworks.
