We had a great experience at this dealership. They were friendly, professional and helpful. They were good salespeople, but not too pushy. If you know your stuff and know what you want, they will get you what you want for a good price with no hassle. Tim even went out of his way to program our cell phones into the bluetooth handsfree device and gave us a full tank of gas, which I don't think is usually included when you buy used.

I had heard great things about Broadway Toyota, and was delighted to find it as efficient, thorough, honest, and wonderfully organized as I'd heard and hoped. Bryant was very attentive and conscientious, even watching Sponge Bob with our 6 year old in the playroom while we finished signing. Rod Shogren was the sales person I worked with and he is the very best. His attention to detail and my needs were second to none. He got me what I wanted at a very good price. This was by far the best new car transaction i have ever participated in. Erika gave me a list of everything that i needed to complete the purchase and even picked me up from the airport. After completing the purchase she went through all the features of the truck and made sure that i was comfortable using them. Her follow up was excellent and i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for excellent service both before and after the sale.

I looked at available vehicles on line, found the one I wanted and called Broadway Toyota. Amilie answered my call. I told her which vehicle I was interested in, she had it washed and ready when I arrived. We did the necessary paperwork, visited with the finance guy and drove away in my new Corolla.

I really appreciated the time spent with Zeph Mattey. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. Zeph answered all my question without hesitation.
