My wife and I had not planned on buying a car on our visit to Broadway Toyota, but Amilie had located a 2008 Prius for us to test drive. It had been a lease vehicle, so it was in very good shape. Amilie, our salesperson, was very helpful and friendly. The dealership was responsive to our concern about pricing, and were willing to negotiate in good faith. So far, we have been pleased with our experience at Broadway Toyota, and hope that we will have a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

The sales agent (Jason Shepperd) was great to work with. The quality of an agent is the quality of service after the sale is made. He continued supporting me and providing a great quality of service. He was laid back, easy to talk to, and wasn't a high pressure sales agent. Also, the management was helpful in the negotiation process and was very flexible.

Friendly and helpful salesman. Explained everything to us so that we could make the right decision suitable to our situation. Our family are happy to get the new car. Overall experience was excellent and it could be better if there were more finance people to handle the paperworks.

I am impressed with the friendly staff and found them personable and pleasant to deal with. Throughout the process the attitude was always positive and upbeat. In the end I am very happy with my car ad the whole experience was fun. I would recommend the same process to a friend.

We had shopped for cars all day. Had some awful sales people and many different dealerships. Finally, we called Broadway Toyota and had the most amazing experience with Bruce Reed. He was knowledgable, friendly, honest and immediately made us feel comfortable. We were in and out of the dealership (which was clean, neat and organized) in less than two hours with a brand new car. Heather was extremely helpful, but not pushy. We came in because of the sale on new Prius’s, but she easily shifted to used options for us. She did this because we were talking about how we hated paying for new car if we could get a 1 - 2 year old car of the same make. She did not get inpatient as we tested quite a number of different cars and was just very pleasant and easy going throughout the sale. We saw the excellent prices listed for new cars in the Sunday paper, not for one or two, but dozens. Went down and test drove two different models, and Sayed helped us decide. Stayed with us through the whole process from start to finish ...less than two hours we were driving home in our new Corolla. Process was easy, no hidden prices, no hard upselling. Tim Hogan was the greatest! Excellent service! Very polite, professional and I would definitely recommend Tim at Broadway Toyota to anyone. He even gave us a ride to the Credit Union in the pouring rain & Friday night traffic. Chris who does the financing was awesome also!

Tim at Broadway Toyota was great. Friendly, on time service. Gave all requested info and stayed late to seal the deal. We bought 2 cars from Tim.
