Bought a vehicle from Rod Shogren and would do it over and over again. Rod was great to work with; good guy, patient, very imformative, low-key and worked really hard to get us what we wanted. Actually, Rod and his manager, Joe, worked above and beyond to make us happy and gave us a fantastic deal. I did all my homework online and received quotes from a few dealers in July. Amilie offered to drive a car to my home or other location if we didn't want to go to the dealership. She sent friendly emails and voicemails while we weren't ready to purchase, but wasn't pushy. I got more quotes last week and hers was slightly higher than the best, but she said they would meet or beat it. Ronnie was easy to work with and answered all of our questions openly and honestly. We would highly recommend him to all of our friends and family in the market for a car. We were exploring several different possible options and he was very patient in providing us with as much information as we needed to make the best choice possible. We would ask for him again if we were in the market for another vehicle.

What a great new car purchase experience. I love the layout of Broadway Toyota. Sayed Hassanein and everyone I dealt with was great! Believe it or not, I even enjoyed the personality and interaction with the finance department, specifically Chris Young, our finance person. Definitely a great experience all around! I just bought a 2010 Toyota RAV4 from Dewey at Broadway Toyota. I went in there hoping to get a good deal for an used certified RAV4 but White offered me a better deal for a brand new one. At this dealer they are always willing to meet your needs and expectations.
I just got a 2010 Tundra Crew Max Limited Edition. This is my 3rd truck/SUV I am buying from them and, as always it was a good experience. I got a rebate, and some positive equity in my trade in, therefore I am very happy. I would recommend them to anybody. Nick
Pat was a great salesman and I appreciated his approach to getting the car sold. He wasn't overbearing and I felt like everyone in the store was helpful. We had a wonderful experience and even felt that way with a trade-in in addition to the car purchase.
Erika and the team, Chris Hall and Chris Young, did a great job putting together a great deal for us. I needed a little heftier Tundra for future trailer hauling and they made that happen. They put us into the Tundra we wanted, took us thru the financing, warranty and free service part of the new truck purchase and made us feel very comfortbale with the whole process. Both Erika and Chris made every effort to help me find the Toyota Tundra that I was looking for without compromising what I wanted. I originally had another dealership contact me first, however they were not helpful, slow, and seemed to be disorganized (Beaverton Toyota), but my experience with Broadway Toyota was stellar.
