This was by far the best new car transaction i have ever participated in. Erika gave me a list of everything that i needed to complete the purchase and even picked me up from the airport. After completing the purchase she went through all the features of the truck and made sure that i was comfortable using them. Her follow up was excellent and i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for excellent service both before and after the sale.

I looked at available vehicles on line, found the one I wanted and called Broadway Toyota. Amilie answered my call. I told her which vehicle I was interested in, she had it washed and ready when I arrived. We did the necessary paperwork, visited with the finance guy and drove away in my new Corolla.

I really appreciated the time spent with Zeph Mattey. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. Zeph answered all my question without hesitation. I did all my homework online and received quotes from a few dealers in July. Amilie offered to drive a car to my home or other location if we didn't want to go to the dealership. She sent friendly emails and voicemails while we weren't ready to purchase, but wasn't pushy. I got more quotes last week and hers was slightly higher than the best, but she said they would meet or beat it. Ronnie was easy to work with and answered all of our questions openly and honestly. We would highly recommend him to all of our friends and family in the market for a car. We were exploring several different possible options and he was very patient in providing us with as much information as we needed to make the best choice possible. What a great new car purchase experience. I love the layout of Broadway Toyota. Sayed Hassanein and everyone I dealt with was great! Believe it or not, I even enjoyed the personality and interaction with the finance department, specifically Chris Young, our finance person. Definitely a great experience all around! I just bought a 2010 Toyota RAV4 from Dewey at Broadway Toyota. I went in there hoping to get a good deal for an used certified RAV4 but White offered me a better deal for a brand new one. At this dealer they are always willing to meet your needs and expectations.
I just got a 2010 Tundra Crew Max Limited Edition. This is my 3rd truck/SUV I am buying from them and, as always it was a good experience. I got a rebate, and some positive equity in my trade in, therefore I am very happy. I would recommend them to anybody. Nick
