I can recommend Broadway Toyota and especially Rod Shogren very highly. I am not particularly fond of dealing with car sales people. In fact I have had some very bad experiences. But for me Rod was great. He seemed more interested in my situation and satisfaction than in selling me a car. So he ended up selling me a truck. I went in thinking I needed a crossover car-type vehicle, but it just wasn't right. Rod seemed to understand what I really wanted/needed and showed me a Tacoma that was perfect for me. I had a great experience with Rod Shogren. I have bought 5 cars from Rod and would continue to highly recommend him. I bought a Prius last week. Rod took the time to talk to me about the various models of cars he thought I may be interested in. When we narrowed it down to the Prius he explained all of my options to me and provided me with choices. I feel I was able to make an informed decision.
One of the best car salesmen I've ever dealt with. Relaxed, easy going, friendly, not pushy. I was always very sure that he had my best interests in mind. Great person to deal with. Over all, everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant. Good experience with Broadway Toyota.

I've been looking for a very specific Magnetic Gray Tacoma for over a year now and always checked inventory of local dealerships but could not find one with the options I wanted. They had the selection I wanted. My negotiations started on the Internet and quickly moved to a test drive and sale. They seemed to go right to a true best offer rather than wasting everyone's time by just pushing me to come in to the dealership. It was an easy, enjoyable transaction.
We were looking for a new car and were interested in a Hybrid. We were introduced to Rod Shogren through a friend. He was/is excellent. Low key, very informative, clear and straight forward answers. After the test drives we decided on the Camry Hybrid. Some of the steps of the purchase were handled by different people and we felt all were courteous and helpful.We have had follow up calls to be sure all is well, and it is.
We recently bought a new truck at Broadway Toyota. I was going to buy a Chevy and was willing to go out of state if needed for a good deal, but after talking to Erika decided on Toyota.
