They had the selection I wanted. My negotiations started on the Internet and quickly moved to a test drive and sale. They seemed to go right to a true best offer rather than wasting everyone's time by just pushing me to come in to the dealership. It was an easy, enjoyable transaction.
We were looking for a new car and were interested in a Hybrid. We were introduced to Rod Shogren through a friend. He was/is excellent. Low key, very informative, clear and straight forward answers. After the test drives we decided on the Camry Hybrid. Some of the steps of the purchase were handled by different people and we felt all were courteous and helpful.We have had follow up calls to be sure all is well, and it is.
We recently bought a new truck at Broadway Toyota. I was going to buy a Chevy and was willing to go out of state if needed for a good deal, but after talking to Erika decided on Toyota. Erika was knowledgeable, professional and very prompt in her dealings with us. She made everything very easy, sending us all the needed information via internet. This buying experience at Broadway Toyota was the best that my wife and I have ever experienced. The price through Internet Sales was more than $700 less than any of the other quotes that we received from the other dealers in Portland or Wilsonville. I really have nothing bad to say about my experience working with Whitney or with Broadway Toyota. Whitney was extremely personable, friendly, and kind. She didn't give us the typical salesperson act and spoke to us like we were her good friends. She was always smiling and honest. Our salesman (Rod) was low pressure and easy to deal with. He also did some extras that went above and beyond. The paperwork went into lunchtime, so they offered to buy us lunch (from their great little deli located in the showroom). My wife loves her new car. And when she's happy, I'm happy!!!
