Poor communication but fair price. Be warned if you take your car in for a recall you will get a rental and its not from Toyota.
The maintenance reminder indicator was not reset for the services performed.
Quoted on price on line and on the phone but would not honor that price the next day when I showed up in person. Said the market changes and they now wanted $1800 (12%) more. Avoid any contact with this dealership at all cost
Ive sold this car about a year ago. Why someone is still being served under my name. I called to cancel it. But still Im getting these emails.
After two hours the promised max estimated time for wheel alignment, I was told after I inquired about the delay, that the car will take 4 hours and since I could not wait longer I was asked to schedule a new appointment at a convenient time for me. I received the car and read the report which said alignment completed and other checks done. I walked back to the Service Rep and he said yeah I guess they did the work, so no need to bring the car back!! Are you guys for real!?

Did nothing to resolve issues the vehicle was in for. Kept the vehicle for several days and returned without fixing the issue which is still under warranty. Extremely poor customer service on top of that.
Brakes still squeak. $600 for this service is ridiculous.
