they change the brake fluid which makes the car brake even worse than before. The next service sticker is not updated. They said they rotate the tiers but they did not! I am not happy with the service.
Unprofessional and not recommend to maintain our cars!
Terrible experience while there for safety recall fuel pump replacement recently. Did not honor appointment time even though it was confirmed by txt and phone several times the prior week. Clearly overbooked and dismissive behavior by service personnel.
They did not explain me what services provided. Called dealership 2 times and can not get answers. On paper only tire rotation but they put oil change sticker but oil was changed
This service center is terrible. Ive taken my Tacoma there a handful of times and its always the worst experience. I go back hoping it will be better the next time but the disappointment never fails. To say the least, Ive learned my lesson and Im NEVER going back. Please do the same.
I went in to get new all terrain tires and front breaks... I left with my truck 2 days later and the job was poorly done. I went back to have them look at my truck and they were trying to charge me money for something they did wrong.
Went in for service. My service rep is Brandon. He is excellent. The issue is with Toyota. I have a 3 rd light that started leaking when all the crazy storms started in Dallas. Since the truck is at 47,000 miles it is out of warranty and they charged $800.00 to fix. Toyota is completely aware that this is an issue on 2016, 2017, 2018 Tacomas. This should be a recall but since no one has died they will not. Hopefully no one gets sick from mold.
Terrible, worst place ever. Will never again do service to my car at Toyota of Richardson. Never have an issue or problem with Toyota of plano or Rockwall
Ive called more than a couple of times to get a copy of my repairs. First time I spoke to the service advisor and he said he will email it to me. Well, that was over two weeks ago. Left another message last week with the CSR about my invoice. Still havent received a copy.
