Decent for simple tasks. Overpriced on anything else. No loaner car program but instead a rental car company on site, because people are made of money. XD
Poor customer service. They charge for repeat inspection because they dont have any previous records of original findings. This is too bad.
Very time consuming ... took 5 hour for 20 min job ... poor pick up/ drop off shuttle service

Wait time for simple things
I had my car cleaned in the interior and exterior before I turned it in to Toyota Richardson for an oil change and maintenance inspection and I got it back with engine grease on my exterior and interior. Since my seats arent leather it was hard to remove the grease and even on the interior side of my door. I was so unhappy how dirty it came back to me.
they forgot to tell me my car was done.
My turnlights were not working after the service and they were non-responsive when I returned back to the service center
I even didn't believe they flush my transmission I pay for. Bad customer service. I had a coupon they didn't want to apply. My recall they supposed to do, they didn't. I'm not happy about my service there this time.
