Very slow. Took two hours for 10k miles maintenance check.
They did a service I think I didnt need
Toyota of Richardson just want to sell something. The place is also in a terrible condition
Customer services is really worst. You need to improve your customer service.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:15 appointment. My service advisor said it would be ready at 12:30. That's 150 minutes. Instead, my car was ready at 2:30. That's 240 minutes. If he had told me that it would be $150 and instead tried to charge me $240, I naturally would be upset. I am no less upset at the theft of 2 hours of my time. Don't tell me I have to spend 150 minutes and then charge me 240. And the service advisor NEVER contacted me during the interim.
Fake customer service poor
I will never use this dealership again. They tried to upsell services not needed to the tune of 1000.00 on a 2 year old rav4 with 28k on it...
Poor experience Long wait . No update for cost . No update for time . No update for multi inspection . One of the issues wasnt resolved but still got charged for it .
Customer service was very bad to be honest rude.Never visit again.
