No paperwork was given to the client after a front end alignment. Called service advisor. He did not return the calls or text!!! When I looked under the hood. The battery cables had corrosion. They were to check all of this. Scott King was the one I spoke with first. He is the service guy who said there was nothing wrong with my new Toyota Camry. Disappointed. I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior and selected the tires. The service person assured me he would have them in stock, but when I arrived they only had 2 tires because they sold the tires I had wanted earlier in the day. I've always had good service from Toyota but now I have lost my trust in the service dept. I feel I was forced into making a decision for another tire purchase. The person was really helpful he did his best but overall I got disappointed on Toyota service. I moved to Dallas from Chicago and when I purchased the car I got the 50000 mile service with it and I was told it is national. I had hard time to find the reference for the service when I was at the place (Richardson) and once we did by the help of the service person (which was really nice guy)it took one hour, at the last minute when I was receiving my car he mentioned that it can not cover the tire rotation and only covers the ... read more

I had really bad experience. The wait was too long. Regardless of my appointment. Sat in the 4 hours for oil change only. No snacks or beverages, maybe because i have always been to Toyota of Plano and Lexus in Plano. Once done, a golf cart was supposed to take me to my car in the back. They could not find the golf cart driver. That golf cart was also blocking other clients who wanted to leave. I had to walk to the back and look for my car, had to use my key remote to locate my vehicle. I just had a very bad experience overa... read more

This is second time I was there for car oil change. First time also they took long time. This time the service advisor so rude and responsible at all. She, Allison Beth Anne rose didnt even update me that how much more time it will take and I went at 8.15 at that time she said it will be ready by 10 but I came out 12.30 pm instead of 10am. She is not even answering my questions. She is so rude and irresponsible. This is worst experience I ever had. I never recommend this location at all. First trip and not impressed. Was told when I called that my maintenance on my new 2020 was no charge but when I got there they told me they would give me an oil change free "this time". Then I asked for touch-up paint and was told to just give them my name at the parts department and they would have it for me. After standing in line for 25 minutes - 2 people ahead of me and 1 person working - they couldn't give me the paint unless I had my VIN #.
