Customer Service has been at a low rate for awhile now. I believe they placed 2 tires on front without mounting and etc. 2 of my caps are missing as well. Rushed job!!!

never made it to the dealership. once again the vehicle was "being sold, but we have other ones". I also had talked to 2 other sales guys prior with details of what I was looking for, but no one calls when these vehicles come in. Last guy was at least up front and didn't waste my time. We'll see how it works out, but not holding my breath.

They did a decent job, but they actually screwed up the brake maintenance. They didn't do it right so the car squealed like a stuck pig. I had to take it to Lexutech to fix it.

Waited for 3.5 hours for simple oil change. Unacceptable. Not going back.

They charged about $100 more than supposed to be and when I complained to Noel the site manager he said it is what it is. I said I will call the corporate and he said dont forget to give my last name to them aswell!

I made sure that I called ahead to see about a wait time and made it to Toyota of Richardson at 7:30 am on that Wednesday morning thanksgiving eve when I arrived at Toyota the tech advised me that I was a hour and half wait more leaning on the hour side I called and asked all these questions because if it was longer than the hour promised I wouldve rescheduled I had to be to work at 9:00 am I didnt leave Toyota until 10am and was only discounted about $20 I was told the wait was cause no oil .

The advisor was not that knowledgeable at all. Before arriving I asked her how long is my oil good till? She said 10k miles. When I go in the car the oil change sticker said 5k. Then I asked her about my MPI? She said umm umm Ill email it to you later. In other words they didnt check my car. Once I got the MPI it stated air filter is clean. I looked at the air filter it was borderline dirty. Theres more to this but it wont allow me to add. Not happy with the service at all.
