Justine Hogue is always great. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and get the information to me. He doesn't try and push things on me that can be done at a later time. Everything went very well. My service advisor, Mr. Jesus Castillo, was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and I knew my car was in good hands.
I was disappointed that my service advisor hadn't verbally shared the need for suspension work after my tune-up. I received the preliminary estimate by email and have since spoken with him and am pre-purchasing the parts for the repair when the parts arrive. In the past my service advisor always went over the final inspection form with me in person and I prefer that procedure.
