Jeremy, the svc mngr, and Don Lewis a master mechanic went out of their way to settle me down and explain what exactly was happening with my Prius. They listened to me vent. They acknowledged my concerns and remedied the situation. Turns out my vehicle is perfectly ok and the maintenance performed by Toyota of Richardson has been excellent. I went to Toyota of Richardson on Friday and walked out with the 4runner I wanted thanks to Tracy Brown!!! He was so nice and actually listened to what I wanted, unlike my previous buying experience at Lute Rilly Honda... <--- they were horrible, pressure to buy and told me I did not really know what I was talking about ha ha ha I'm a mechanic so yes I do know a thing or two.... My wife and I went to Toyota of Richardson on Thursday January 5th 2016 and received excellent service from Tracy Brown and Josh his manager I think. We received excellent customer service and we were able to come to agreement on the vehicle we wanted. The best part of the entire experience is that we were out the door in just over and hour and a half. We did not get any of the typical tactics used by car dealerships. We will definitely go back when the need arises to purchase another vehicle.
