We found a perfect vehicle at a good price. We actually were planning to purchase the car sight unseen, fly up to the area for an event and pick-up the car during our visit. We spent all day back and forth on phone, email and text. Passed off to multiple sales reps. They first suddenly increased the price of the car, then "honored" the original price only to add $2995 as a "dealer loyalty program" for their services (who does this?!?) . No services or incentives offered with this "program" but rather for their procurement & ... read more

I recently bought a truck there , the staff is very nice but whenever they show the price there’s a lot of charges there than they don’t specify and they showed the paper and just said that the final price is for title and taxes ,I was charged a fee for reconditioning and they charge for a warranty plan that they don’t explain it was a bitter experience , I would not recommend this place and for sure I will not come back .

If you have an issue with your car and are thinking about having it fixed at this dealership, run the other direction!!! They are WAY too expensive. $1,400 to get your front doors to lock? Really? Go somewhere that will treat you like an actual customer, respect your hard-earned money, and not try to drive up the price just to make a buck.

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but like Toyota of Dallas , make promises over the phone and in text(msrp plus ttl), wife swings by to make sure she is good with color and when they give her the price sheet it’s almost $8k higher , I asked sales manager and he says it is what it is and the $5k market adjustment is there, and even though the sales guy clearly said in text that they would wave , once there they wouldn’t . I even mentioned to sales manager in front of the sales guy about,” what happened to this comment” and wa... read more

Please reconsider your horrible MPA practices. A 30% premium above MSRP is price gouging. You are losing loyal customers like myself to the dealerships that are offering a fair deal; reasonable margin for them and a fair deal for me. That is good long term business.

Save your time and money by finding a different Toyota dealership to purchase from. They are currently using deceptive practices by advertising internet prices that lure you in and then tell you there is a $5000 - $10000 mark up over MSRP.

Don’t take your car to be serviced with them. They break stuff and refuse to fix it. Might wanna take care of your customers

After waiting 4 1/2 hours for something I was quoted 1 1/2 hours for and still not getting all the work done that I needed and also was told I would get, I call a supervisor who so graciously condescends me by explaining how rotors work as well as why these things needed to be done. Had this person listened to me instead of just pushing me off he may be able to boost his quality of service. But until then I suppose we will just continue to rip off women and treat them as less knowledge.
