Trajector Medical has helped me to gain my disability rating from the VA and has been quick to respond to any questions that I needed answer . But after paying in full for their services and deciding to close my account they are giving me the run away . I have spoken to different people every time I make a phone call and they are giving me different information each time to get my account closed and nobody is getting back with me to let me know what is going on when they state that they will.

Trajector Medical tries to get money from Vets for claims they did not assist with. They're lack of response caused me to get a decreased rating. I notified them that I no longer want to work with them. I told them this several times in email and on the phone. They continue to access my Vet records without authorization. They are harrassing me and threatening to send me to collections. Trajector has never helped me with a claim. All my assistance came from VACP. I will be filing a complaint against Trajector. This company is TERRIBLE. Do not use them. They do little to nothing and want your money.
So far my grade for them is a D- they do not return calls when scheduled, when they say the person you want to speak to is at lunch and will return the call in an hour, and 2 days later no call i dont know. Also I am not against any person having a job regaqrdless of where are from, but twice in 3 days tried to speak with a phone person, their accent was so thick it was very hard to understand them. In the spring of 2023 I contacted Trajector Medical at the urging of a friend that said they had a good response from them. I furnished the paperwork and background they requested. The request for upgrading my VA disability was filed. I attended the sessions as put forward by the VA. I received the denial letter from the VA in late August. Trajectro then calling me for payment. When I first signed up in the spring of *********************************************** before my ***** exam and received a small award in a couple of months. Then the biggest part of my claim due to chronic cluster headaches, neck and back ***** exam was scheduled and I emailed and called and all they sent me were some generic videos. Expensive services for not a lot out of it, Id recommend going to your local VSO and they can help you out for free. Trajector wanted me to submit my claim against my better judgement, stating that the VA didnt need my supporting documents. Then came my C&P exam and the provider didnt have my evidence from when I was active duty which literally was the only thing that would have backed my claims as it was evidence. Seems like once you sign the contract and get your claim submitted you are on your own. The staff answering the phones and also the Battle *********** and not informed about strategy and knew less than I did about the claims process. I asked them to escalate or if I could talk to someone who was more aware of the claims process and was told someone would call me back and they never did.
