I retired from the U.S. Air Force in May of **** with 20% disability. With me alone filing for my loss of hearing (Left Ear), it took 18 years before I was granted by VA for another 10%. Last June 25,2021, Veterans Claims Pros came to the rescue, helped me filed my disability claims. VA granted me additional 10% for my service connected degenerative disc disease. My experience with Trajector Medical is both positive and negative. I got a good VA rating using them as my voice and I would recommend them to other veterans as well as use them again myself. They were able to get me through the process and ensure all of my paperwork were prepared to ensure a positive outcome. I could NOT have done this on my own. I have been usingTrajector since it was vet comp and they have helped me all the way until now. I started this at 0%. I am now at 40% and we are moving to another round. They have helped me understand the hoops that the VA makes you jump through. Yes they charge a fee but it is only fair being that they offer a service.

The stafff is professional every step of the way. The fee for services is too high BUT if you are frustrated and fed up with the process it may be enticing. For me I got no back pay so the fee outweighed the short term of what I got and this is a lot especially if you fixed income. As far as recommending the service I wouldn't, I would check around because there are organizations that will help you for free or negotiate the fee with them if you can.

I came to Trajector having never filed a VA disability claim before. I was completely naive of the process and they walked me through step by step. I filed my first claim that was originally denied by the VA and Trajector helped me file my appeal and it eventually won and I received my back pay and service connection.
