I am currently in-process with Trajector and their office administration is a certificable train wreck.They do not respond to messages sent in, although they tell you to notify them immediately if you received contact from the VA so that they can advise you.Then their customer service line is anything but customer service in that you can never get anyone to pickup the line. Biggest bunch of bullies and idiots I have ever run across. I went through the initial process but when it came to the "agreement" the operator really didn't want me to take it to my lawyer for review. He kept trying to just sign it. Then he said he would answer any questions. When I started asking questions he couldn't answer he started trying to give me fluff answers and dodge questions. Whatever you do, Stay fair away from this company!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service and the charge a very unfair amount. They initially set up your claim and then they ghost you until it's time to pay. Very uneducated people in foreign countries that you can't understand half of what they are saying that read from a script and cannot answer specific questions. I used this company to file 7 claims in 09/2023. I received a ******* and not service-connected to everything else. My rating did not change from 90% I sent this company the information showing what the VA rated me in 2023. In 02/2024 I filed 8 claims on va.gov myself witch got me 100% . Now Trajector is saying I owe them over $7,000.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!Been using company for months with zero results. Filed claims on my own and got better results.
I finished a contract with them November 2023. I paid in full even though was going through additional exams for issues that were reduced, reducing my overall rating. I informed Trajector Medical of the ongoing issues and the reduction in rating to no avail. They wanted there money so I paid them. My rating has since been reduced to 90% and I have tried to contact Trajector Medical numerous times to no avail.

This company claims to help you through filing your VA disability. I filled out my claims and submitted them to the VA disability through their system. I didnt receive any feedback if the form was correctly filled out. When I called them for help about a letter received from the VA, I did not get any additional help I received 20 calls pr day stating I owed them, $800 out of 1200. This is a predatory company that is ran outside of the ** but with a few Americans you will speak woth initially. They'll charge you for much more than you'll recieve. THEY DONT DO ANYTHING, you'll end up doing most of the work.

I used Trajector to see if I could increase my VA disability rating. They told me to call them once I got my VA medical appointments and I did. They were supposed to have someone call me to help me prepare for my medical visits. I never received any calls. In fact, they told me that a call is not guaranteed!! What the hell?? I had to go into my VA appointments not knowing what to expect. Poor, poor customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
