Trajector has not been prompt communicating details about appointments. Follow-up calls are frequently weeks later than advertised. I have the impression that they are not up to date on how the *** evaluates claims.I would not recommend them.
This company is horribly run and incompetent. Legal and medical do not talk to each other. They file things without your consent. They also try to take credit for any increase, even when it was not due to their "work".I have received numerous collection calls for other people. No response from Trajector when I tell them. This company tells you one thing then charges you an arm n a leg for doing stuff that is free to do. They are not accredited by the va. The va only accredits company that dont charge for help

They did help prepare paperwork. i did get an increase. They sent invoice for over $2000 which I paid as I had agreed. But now they will not close my account. They were paid over 2 weeks ago and I have called several times since and always get the same reply " your account is in the process of being close". At this point there is no way I could recommend, there is something shady going at this point.

Trajector Medical did submit documents to support my medical disability. The final bill was admitted to have errors in their math, if I didn't do the math myself I'd be out $1K. Their service was less than acceptable. It truly is not worth the service provided. They made the entire process a mess with medical reviews with Doctors. PA's. There website doesn't have any login to review doc's submitted to VA, or Doctors reports or even any pmt. history. They get an F in a complete review. This company has been a complete disappointment so far. I agreed to work with them in August to obtain a VA disability rating. From NUMEROUS failed responses by both phone and email, they continue to ignore me. I was given a deadline by the VA to submit additional paperwork in support of a claim. I would not be surprised if Trajector paid for all or most of these 1 and 2 line reviews with 5 stars. When Trajector Medical was Veteran Comp and Pension (VCP) I was having VERY similar problems as I currently experiencing. This is now coming up on 6 years of problems. I filed a claim with them and it got denied. they then wouldn't stop contacting me even though I told them it was denied. I told them they don't represent me anymore and yet I kept getting phone calls from them. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I was begging places to help me and Trajector said they would, I contracted with them and after a long period of time with no contact, I started making hundreds of calls, finally managed to say the right words that got the VA to finally do a re evaluation and set up a bunch of appointments, I communicated with the VA directly, not through Trajector, and did everything myself.
