I searched for a very long time for someone to represent me in this process, and when I found Trajector I couldnt be happier. They explained the process in great detail and there fee was right in line with most other companies. The service was great and the staff were extremely pleasant to work with, they kept me informed throughout the entire process . I worked with Vet Comp and Pen since 2015. I knew what I was getting into and read every documentation provided to me. I understood that they collected after you received your increase and only just a percentage of the increase. I didnt have to look for my medical records (they did that), they sent me documents to sign, and they did the heavy lifting. When Trajector took over I still received great customer services. Trajector Medical is A1 in my book. They do exactly what the say they are going to do. Friendly staff, very professional and get results in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend.

Dealing with the VA would have been an impossible task without Trajector. *************************** has provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. He has been available continuously to answer questions and provide advice. I was with the old company and then moved to Trajector. I can say it was a lengthy process but I didn't give up nor did Trajector. I received increases slowly but I ultimately was given what I deserved which is 100%. Thanks you Trajector and their team. My battle buddy Eunicewas very informative and she keep me updated on the whole process. Thanks

I was told by a previous company I didnt have a case, so I went to the ***and the effort was never put out to assist me properly; however, after being referred to Trajector Medical I figured I would try one last time. They hit the ground running and have been a absolutely phenomenal company to work with! Ive referred several veterans to them and I appreciate the long hours and the detail theyve gone to to make claims heard.

I have used this company when it still had the old name. The staff were very good at citrine times and were very clear about getting my appointments verified and making sure I was ready and informed when I had to talk to the VA Doctors. After the company switched over I had a very difficult time maintain contact with a representative. Not only was I pulled into multiple directions between staff and the lawyers staff. The company was recommended by a friend who received a substantial increase. I contacted them and they went to work right away, increasing my disability. When the 5 month payment occurred they gave me a discount if I paid at the beginning (havent seen a discount on anything nowadays) That was a bonus. Currently they are working on more possibilities. My situation has had a positive outlook. Thanks Battlebuddies.

Im very pleased with the results and service I received from Trajectory. It was a long bumpy ride at times but with the bulldog tenacity of Trajectory handling my case I won. They do fight very hardily for the disabled veterans so they can get everything they deserve! I will always recommend Trajectorys services to any vet thats experiencing difficulty in getting his Disability case appropriately addressed and professionally packaged for successful filing with the Veterans Administration.
