The customer service provided by Lucian was excellent! She was really attentive to my needs and had empathy towards veterans. I would recommend her 100% to anybody seeking support regarding VA claims. Great attitude and personality!

I had recommend V*P to other veterans who had glowing things to say about them. I started on my claims about 2 years ago. During the transition to Trajector, communications were pretty sketchy. Long periods of inactivity. In the last 6 months they have upped their game and I look forward to working with a team of personnel instead of one overwhelmed battle ******
