This is a scam organization. They have been trying to collect almost $900 from me for services never rendered. They do not have my signature on any documents but they continue to harrass me. I turned them into the **** ************************ but Trajectory refused to cooperate.

This company should be shut down, although they did assist with getting my rating increased I could have done it on my own with a little home work. You basically do all the work, they just enter the information on a few forms, you still have to submit the forms, attend the medical exams file any disputes. Trajector takes advantage of the Vet knowing that if we are contacting them we are frustrated and vulnerable because if they were truly looking out for us they wouldnt be charging the outrageous fees they charge and get pai... read more

You cannot trust anything that any person at Trajector Medical says over the phone, from my very first conversation with the intake team, up to my last conversation with ******************* my Account Manager. I was told that it would be a $500.00 contract at the end if approved well I was approved know talking with this company they are charging me over $700.00 times 5 this was not explained to at the beginning of the contract.

Trajector will leave you in the cold. Early May, I went through their process and they said everything is going well. They then sent me a "battle buddy." *** emailed and texted me and then vanished. Gone. Texted back May 17th with an update. Texted late May asking what to do. I then had to refile all by myself. Texted Early June. Nothing. Texted Early August. Nothing. Called in late August the week before Labor Day to tell them I got a bump (after doing all the work) and immediately get hounded everyday to send in docs. My d... read more

If I could leave a minus 5 star I would. I must have gotten the pompous crew because they sure where happy about what I got for a rating then asked if I could pay the full $8,000 all at one time to me they are only worried about making money not helping the vet

I started working with Trajector over two years ago based on a friend's recommendation, and at that time, they were great. Communication was prompt and clear, and my claims were filed quickly and efficiently, and I was eventually given an increase to 90%. However, over the past year, their customer service has taken a 180 in the wrong direction. I had two scheduled consultations and both times the consultant was a no-show. I waited 30 min beyond scheduled phone call on both occasions before moving on. When I called them back inquiring why they kept ignoring the appointment, I wasnt given any reason and told just call this number to speak to someone directly. Huge Red Flags as to their dedication to veterans over dollars.

I initially hired Trajector medical earlier this year to work on my claim. I had very little communication with them and was asked to submit information that I had submitted months prior. I then told them (Team ****** that I would do it myself after noticing a lack in effort on their end. I then proceeded to do just that and was linked in with QTC which was extremely helpful.
