Contacted trajectory medical to assist in helping me with the convoluted VA process a couple days ago. From the start things didnt seem right. The agent Couldn't answer basic questions and did not have a basic understanding of common acronyms utilized in the military. At the end of the conversation I was pressured to provide a stateside address. I work with *** and dont have one! This company has gotten me to 90%. I am actively working to get to 100%, the process has been fairly easy up until this point. If you can get someone on the phone you actually can understand like ******* who I spoke to today and was able to get me back on track and hopefully getting more claims in. If not youre absolutely screwed and there is NEVER a supervisor available, and no they will not call you even when they say they will. i feel that there was a breach of contract and that services were not rendered. trajectory medical did not hold their end of bargain and are now charging me a huge invoice over my va increase. however during their process they did not assist me in anyway, i did my own work, my own follow *** and provided documentation. i. do not feel comfortable paying them and now they are harassing me calling me everyday.
I feel like I have been told misleading information and lied to.I was told that I would be seen by a Medical Doctor for my Compensation exam it was a nurse practitioner not a doctor and she would not even discuss my biggest medical concern which is my multiple spinal surgeries and my severe neuropathy.I spoke with several different people from this company and was told the same verbage as if they were reading a script. ************ said it perfectly, I was told the same thing and then after being told you could give them the payment in 5 month increments, I was told after 3 months interest would be charged. Another take advantage of veterans company! Find someone else, I also never talked to someone I could understand! They all had a very hard accent to understand! Not worth your time

Absolutely the worst ever, they are nothing but liars and cheats..Veterans stay clear of this worthless non- professional company, they're liars and cheaters..
They do help and seemed to make things easier for some stuff. The problem happened after my decision letter. I found out I was lied to when I was first talking to them. I was told they would help file my claims and appeals but after subverted my decision letter I was told they no longer do appeals. Then I found out the payment option I was offered wasnt actually offeredthe financial person that I was talking to said she was the manager and would honor what I said I was told. Trajector Medical has been harassing me concerning money I owe them. Granted, they assisted in getting me 30% disability, UT are charging me almost $8,000 insisting they assisted with the anxiety disability I received, but the did not. Now I get 5 to 6 calls a week, plus emails from their account people. I even provided the documentation stating they had nothing to do with setting up this appt. I also learned that they are not associated with the VA. I've had it with Trajectory. Be aware fellow vets is all I van say.
This company has an unfair billing policy that is predatory to say the least. All they did was annotated what I had already filed with the VA prior to them assisting me with again writing down my disabilities and putting them in an outline form and (I) did the filing with the VA and Trajector slaps me with this bill of over $7000 FOR WHAT? I have made a payment FOR WHAT I dont know but Tradjector seems to think PREYING on Vets is a thing!! IM ADVISING ALL VETERANS STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY LIKE COVID -19!!!
