The company was better before they merged. I was with Vet Comp and Pen before and customer service was outstanding. Now it feels like I do most of the work myself and still have to pay them for doing less work. I've gave 3 stars because, claims I already started with Vet Comp and Pen, were successful and was able to up my rating.
So far they have been attentive and helpful. They call regularly to check on my status and see if they can help.
I work a full 40 hr.+ Job, The Trajector Crew makes the whole process much more convenient than trying to Navigate it all myself. Thanks ***************** and Staff
