Helped raise my rating which was great. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Nobody keeps track of what you've sent them for documents. I paid them for service and then they are still asking what my rating was even though it's been added up and paid for. I even sent the documents and signed for it on DOCUSIGN. Just a mess.

This company is a rip off. They are charging too much for the little help that they have provided me. There was no case manager appointed to be your point of contact for your case instead you are directed to a *********** that doesn't have the knowledge about your case. Better look for another company who can help you at much lower rate. Be aware of their service charge.

Failed to submit proper documentation to VA claiming it my fault. Tried to hide hidden fees in my month payment

This company claims to help you through filing your VA disability. They take all of your info, copy it and send in initial forms to VA. Then they literally abandon you with any additional help still expecting to get 5 months of your disability once your claim is granted. That's an awful lot to pay for abandoned help.

Very disappointed with service. They said they would call before my appointments (4 scheduled appointments). They called for one. They are very quick to apologize in every department and they will forward my issue. They say I got my rating, not any money, just my rating I received three phone calls about settling my account. I asked why they didnt call this much when they said they would but when it comes to money, they call multiple times a day. I have not spoken to one person I can understand completely. Thus far, not happy at all. They say they are going to do something like calling me after my appointment. Doesnt happen. Today I was speaking to someone that I couldnt understand. Hum. Looking at canceling services since they dont do what they said they would.

This company contacted me on 7/10/24 via email the very same day a very close family member passed away. I was going through the process of completing legal documents with the funeral home and their email came at the exact same day and time as those from the funeral home.I had no idea who they were and thankfully I did not complete the form they sent via Adobe sign. I worked with this company 1 time where they helped increase my rating from 40-80%. They were paid for their services. I have told them over phone and email that I no longer wish to have their assistance in the future. However, I am constantly getting called and emailed asking me to resubmit my VA paperwork (which I have done many times) just to be told they don't have them and need them again. I did receive an increase and I sent documentation of increase. I received an invoice which I paid in full. I'm still receiving calls from them!!
