Overall I love Vet Comp. I know a very small percentage of folks have had bad experiences and some of those are actually invalid because of XYZ, but clearly the overwhelming majority of folks who have used them have had great experiences, my self included. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they could do better with email response times, but I know they work with a lot of vets, so I'm sure they respond as soon as they can.

Trajector Medical did assist me with paperwork being submitted. Was already 80% before using. Awarded the additional 20% for current disabilities I already had. They did not do anything in my opinion to help my increase except for filing paperworking and sending me to appts that were cancelled by the physicians. Once my award was granted, they harassed me daily to pay them 10k, like for what?? I would not recommend, use your VA sources, they can help you without robbing you of 10k.

This company charges way too much for the service they provide. They help with initial paperwork and that's it. Everything else is left up to the veteran to do and there is a lot to the process. They also failed to provide a Medical Audit Report which is part of the agreement.

Do NOT use Trajector!!! Even though they helped me go from 20% to 40% (about $260) THEY WILL NOT leave you alone. I sent a copy of my decision letter to them. That's where they got the amount I owed ($2600). I agreed to pay $130/ month, thanked them for the help and told them I was done with them. I've been faithful in making my payments. Now, five months later, they are telling me they need a copy of the decision letter!! AND, since I told them I already sent it and I'm done with them, they won't take no for an answer.
