We spent hours and hours. I mean like 6 hours on the phone reviewing my 8 years in the Air Force and this was spread over three or four phone calls. In those phone calls, they got every detail where things happened when things happened. all sorts of things, everything related to any injury during those 8 years. This company is not good. The use a call center from the Philippines. Had to ask to talk with someone in America because I couldn't understand them. Connected me with someone in America and everything went great. Was told a nurse would call to take all my important information the next morning. Guess what someone from the Philippines called me to take my important information and I couldn't understand what they were saying. So unless you speak Phillipines I wouldn't bother using this company.

Trajector Medical ia a MAJOR scam organization- STAY AWAY! Do NOT deal with this crooked organization!
Trajector medical is a company I highly do not recommend for veterans, since there are mutiple companies providing a similar services that Trajector medical provides. 5 times the increase in a veteran's VA disability as they must pay for their service. Once you talk to one of their representatives to sign a contract with them, they are very pushy as they scare veterans from using other companies. I used Trajector to help with my VA Disability claim. They said they charge 5 times the increase percentage. I was denied all claims except one. They are trying to charge $10,000. When I checked the site. It started that Trajector only collects 25% of the back pay which would have been about $1500. When I questioned this with the agent he started. He had to check and will call me next month. What kind of business deceives and takes advantage of veterans that put there life on the line for this country just to be taken advant... read more

I was told about Trajector medical After returning from Iraq. They helped me receive 50% disability. I paid their percentage of my awarded disability. Fast forward 4 years later I did my paperwork on my own and searched my medical files for additional percentage of disability. Now that I achieved full disability on my own, Trajector has been calling at least twice a week saying that I owe them 11,000 dollars. Do I need to hire an Attorney to stop the harassment?

Trajector medical billing practices is outrageous was never explained to me and once I tried to make payment arrangements with them they wouldn't work with me with the arrangements I was comfortable with they want 5 times the payment of what I'm making which would leave me with practically nothing to pay my rent and utilities etc.And I also had to do some of the leg work they was supposed to do like sending information to VETERANS ADMINISTRATION which I had to do

THIS IS A CLAIM SHARK COMPANY. SO DO YOUR RESEARCH ON WHAT THAT IS. Very toxic company. They also use bots to boost their reviews and bury the real reviews. They take advantage of veterans that lack the correct knowledge on where to find support to file claims. They NEVER will mention that the VSO offices offer their EXACT same work for FREE. Yes… FREE.
