This company took 5 months of my disability compensation and I’m not sure what they did. Yes I did agree to it and, from what I’ve seen, they called me every month and asked if I’d received anything from the VA and that was basically it. I would not use this company if I had to do it over again

For the money, I would choose an American based company located in the CONUS. Trajector will submit your package to the VA, bug you with phone calls ensuring they’re here for you, and call you at random times to seemingly ask you for a good review. They can’t seem to grasp the concept of time zones, so getting them to contact you at a scheduled time will not work. For the money, you can get better service for less money and aggravation. Avoid if possible.

Avoid this service at all costs. The services provided are legally questionable. Employees at this company lack customer service and use high-pressure tactics to make you feel as if your VA Claims are unlikely to be successful without their services. Trajector does not allow you access to the data they collect about you. In my case, Trajector did not uphold its duties agreed upon in the signed agreement, yet still demands compensation. They populate VA forms while not authorized by the VA.

These people are predators. They promise they’ll be with you through it all. But as soon as you get approved for any compensation, they are ready to bill you. Even if you think you need to appeal part of the decision. They will tell you that you are on your own. I strongly suggest you get help from an organization that will do what they do for free. Don’t be deceived.

The cost of the services to Veterans is excessive and undeserved. The extreme language barrier with their customer service makes it extremely difficult to understand what they are saying, especially when most Veterans have tinnitus/hearing problems. The customer service agents set up a callback with the Veteran. However, they do not call you back. I would not recommend this service to any Veteran.

This is a mediocre support company for your claims. The only thing they did was help me fill out a history questionnaire document that supports your claims. Beyond that they checked in to see when they were going to get their money essentially. When I got my appts scheduled it wasn’t them, the VA did it. Essentially they filled out my forms for the initial claim and turned them in. Issues: They didn’t ask about Nexxus letters, nor did they assist in explaining them. I used Trajectory because I was never aware that I could have done this myself. It took about 8 months just to get a 40% rating which I had just gotten surgery done and was behind on all my bills. Tried to catch up on my bills with my back pay which I'm still behind with all my medical bills included. I know they only filled the paperwork which took forever to get a rating and now that I have been approved for my ratings the 20% they are claiming that is owed to them will be six months of my total payments for my ratings on ... read more

I would NOT recommend Trajector! They are quick to take your money on slam dunk claims and will leave you high and dry. They only submitted increases for my previous ratings. I asked about numerous supplemental and secondary claims. They told me they would worry about those after the decisions for the increases came through. I got an increase and they quickly demanded their money. They are VERY pushy! After I paid them, I asked about the supplemental and secondary claims. I used trajectory medical for a VA rating. They got me a 70% disability rating. I asked them when they will finish to get 100%. For three months they ignored me and waited to the bill was Installment plan.
