They have failed me time and time again. I have had many issues that have cost me so much time and money. From failures on medical evidence provided, past one year to file, suppose to help with medical opinion but after filing and a denial they told me they cannot help with that claim because they do not have the medical team to handle it, continue failures of calling back n many others but they are a joke. I would not want any of my brothers or sisters to have to go through what I have gone through. Way better companies out... read more

the paperwork they filler out for me was TOTALY unprofessional. they kept pushing me to ************ and push it through and not read it so I did. then after all was done, i finally was able to print it out and see it and it was so embarrassing what they were saying and how it was said on almost every thing they entered, I called them up and yelled at them. they saw what they said and were sorry but it was to late, I had to call you the VA and recall the statements that I sent it, as of 3 weeks in now, they haven't been reca... read more

First of all there wasn't an agreement between us of what will be a total amount I should pay you all for my complete claims with the VA

Early morning busy. Afternoon too busy. You will get voicemail if you don't call early. They say they will call to follow up in a few days but the never call you back. They are not accredited by BBB. Watch your P's and Q's and stay on top of your case. They seem friendly and cooperative. The voicemail situation *****.

Lied about whether they charge for the initial rating. In the contract it is written as you pay for the increase. I verbally confirmed that if I filed with them for my initial rating, they would only charge for subsequent increases. Then they charged me $10k for my initial rating.

I have tried in times pass to get my VA help and was told that they could not help me because I had no prior medical claims when I was on active duty in the army and the Army national guards Im excited about getting help and support from trajectory Medical Im hoping for things will get better for my life after serving six years of military service in our ************************* as 11 B infrantry soldier and 63B wheel Machanic

Avoid this company!!!!They contract out a lot of their services. You initially get assigned to a 'case manager' to help you with your paperwork. The problem is, they are using work sites out of country, somewhere in *****. So your case manager only talks with you by reading a SCRIPT!! They're not able to answer most questions. They can barely hold a conversation in English. When you ask to speak with a supervisor, you get all kinds of evasive maneuvering. Don't waste your time. This place use to be Vet ********** (VC&P) which came highly recommended to me and were successful at increasing my disability rating. They were on the ball, squared away and great at what they did with a personal touch. However this company called Trajector purchased the old VC&P. Please know that you will be working with people that read from a script and english is not their primary language. This company hopefully means well, but clearly functions under blurred lines. Im reluctant to believe the ****** positive reviews are truly authentic.
