Trajector Medical told me I would only owe them $7500 if I got Greater than 50 percent decision from VA. I got 90 percent now Trajector is telling me I owe them 5 times the amount VA gave me they are taking advantage of veterans under the guise of helping them they are helping themselves

This company has misled me from day one! Implied that they would send me to doctors to establish a NEXUS finding for my VA claims. Instead, they used my own, current medical records and simply used those to compile a terrible written, grammar/spelling error filled claim, in which I had to edit. One statement even claimed I was examined by a "Coroner", instead a Corpsman, as I stated in my statement. I contracted with Trajector for my Dad’s VA benefits. He received a 60% rating, which was great. However, one of the main reasons we went with Trajector is because we were told Trajector would also handle the appeals process. They have completely changed their policy and without informing us. I only found out they no longer handle appeals because I asked what we should do next if his pending claim were to be denied. I was shocked. Veterans NEVER use this company this is by far one of the worst decisions I have ever made. This company wants your money, your money until you die and will do everything they can to take YOUR money before you even get paid. Please NEVER use them.

Used them for my claim. Basically everything they did was denied. Only thing approved was the ones I did a C&P exam. I paid the amount they billed me. Afterwards I decided to do my next claim on my own. Not using their paperwork or their help. Somehow they got into my VA and started to charge me for a claim I did on my own, which I was able to get an extra increase in my rating. They are charging me for an increase i did on my own.

Did not choose to help me. I need help filing additional VA disability claims, and they won't help me due to their erroneous information about NG/USAR. If you are in the NR or USAR you are not going to get help from this organization.
