I had two scheduled consultations and both times the consultant was a no-show. I waited 30 min beyond scheduled phone call on both occasions before moving on. When I called them back inquiring why they kept ignoring the appointment, I wasnt given any reason and told just call this number to speak to someone directly. Huge Red Flags as to their dedication to veterans over dollars.

I initially hired Trajector medical earlier this year to work on my claim. I had very little communication with them and was asked to submit information that I had submitted months prior. I then told them (Team ****** that I would do it myself after noticing a lack in effort on their end. I then proceeded to do just that and was linked in with QTC which was extremely helpful. Until today I was very impressed with Trajector's service. They provided very helpful guidance to help me receive my disability rating and compensation. I was notified by the VA of my status this week, and sent the information over to Trajector yesterday. This morning I received a call from them to go over payment options (no problem there). I told the guy on the phone that I would review the contract and the invoice they sent me, and decide whether to pay up front or in installments per the contract. They claim to have collected medical evidence, but did no such thing. The representative also stipulated that I would receive back pay from the intent to file date and that is not the case, it was the file date. They use misleading information to get you to sign a contract. They filled out one form that I gave them the information for and then I submitted that form to the VA. It was actually the third party doctor the VA sent me to that submits my medical evidence. My claims that were approved by the VA had medical evidence ... read more

They do help you get paperwork in order to submit claim for compensation and the results are great. The down part about it is that then they think you have thousands of dollars to go ahead and pay them right away and they only give you a few months to pay and it's more than the amount you where awarded by the VA itself. I recommend trying to submit paperwork without their help.

I was assisted by ******** Medical in filing a VA claim and the company has charged me 5X the amount I was awarded, now they say I owe them "thousands" !! more than what I was even award, with interest WOW. I believe I was deceived and they pray on unsuspecting veterans suffering from PTSD and other medical conditions. A VSO will help Vet's without charging a *****, WARNING: Don't use this company reach out to the VA and get the number to a VSO first!!!

I was told by the VA hat they can only charge 20% of what you received from a VA claim, they charged a lot more, I was told it was against the law, I called them and canceled them and they continue to call me, I told them I turn them in to the attorney general office in *******,

Trajectory Medical has not provided any support since my initial claim but sends me invoices for work that Ive done without their help. They assisted me with my initial claim by recommending I file a claim for tinnitus. I didnt hear from them after that claim was submitted and I received a rating. *** filed other claims on my own without any assistance from Trajectory. I contacted Trajector Medical and began the process of letting them assist with my VA claim and they were very communicative initially but then they went dark! I have done all the leg work with the VA, setting up my appointments myself, dealing with the VA myself, and have sent numerous emails to Trajector with no response. I let them know when I completed my appointments/exams and they never responded.
