I found Trajector Medical online and like most likely you, I was impressed with all the positive reviews on Google. Unfortunately, there are many companies that know to solicit positive reviews when they know they will not receive them organically. I do not believe that these are real and genuine reviews. So far I am not impressed with the service as far as missed calls by my assigned medical assistant at times I waited for call back just to wast my time waiting than getting calls back when i didn't expect them and I was not prepared at that time then getting messages that the longer I waited to review my forms the longer it took for the VA to answer I felt like I was being blamed for your lack of response.

I signed up with Trajector to help with my disability claim. After about a year I did receive a 10% rating and nothing more. I called and asked if they would assist me with appealing the other issues that were denied, and I was advised that they do not help with that. So i waited awhile, watch some YouTube videos and consulted with fellow veterans and i was able to submit my claim for higher review. I did all the leg work for this part. The majority of Trajector's work is offshored and the quality of their work produced in English language suffers because of this. Representatives are often difficult to understand on the telephone. You can NEVER reach your medical assistant by phone, and are at their mercy to return your call. They also apparently have tremendous staff turnover as I had no less than 6 different case assistants. Trajectory Medical calls me everyday despite me blocking their number. They want me to learn "all about the medical conditions I could possibly qualify for" without knowing anything about me. And the oft- used sales lines of "what could be the harm in learning more?" and "it costs nothing upfront" which often translates into, sign up now and then we charge you. At first I was very satisfied, Trajector would call me and ask me all kinds of questions and check on me and I thought they were trying to help me, but then I became aware of what Trajector was doing. They literally only filled out a paper and had me send it in and talked to me on the phone. They do nothing with any of the appeals procedures. This company continue to request documentation after the case is closed. On 12 Nov 2024, if complied with their request and paid full, the same day I received the bill. To date they continue to harass me for any additional information, and I have none.

Trajector did assist in getting me a raise in my disability; however, they did nothing the DAV couldn’t have done for free. They did not call before my appointment to review symptoms like they said they would, and then tried to make up for it by calling after when I left a poor review. They call at awful times, and contacting them back is a nightmare. I do not recommend using this company, save your money and use free resources.

substandard in terms of medical knowledge. Its as call center in the Philippines, with all the language barriers that go along with it. They do not return calls until weeks later if you have a problem, I do not trust my private information to this company. I believe it is a scam.
