These people are now just scamming. They switched from the name Comp and pen. I was helped and I paid for my services rendered. They did have access to my accounts because they requested our account names and passwords to check on our ratings. I told them I wouldn’t be using there services any more way over a year ago and when my rating went up they suddenly called me to pay for something they had nothing to do with it. Over $7000 dollars for them to file two VA forms and ask me a few questions over the phone. Take that for what it’s worth.
When the company was Vet Comp and Pen I enjoyed working with them. Once they changed over to trajector there customer service and response teams became very difficult to work with. Never do they contact personal on what is happening with there cases. Numerous times I have to contact them and still get nowhere with them. Response time from Trajector Medical is horrible i wait weeks before hearing from someone and 95% of the time I have to contact them. I think the company is a scam and just charge veterans what they get for 5 months thats is a no sense fee. I mean by us putting our life in danger in the military we should receive any help free specially if we are trying to summit a disability claim. Now how it is possible that this company tells you that you have to pay them full amount of your benefit something I fought for for 5 months I dont get it? Overall, I am thankful because I probably wouldn't have pursued disability claims without Trajector, but they leave much to be desired in their customer service and technique. I'm not sure they did a whole lot for me other than provide the proper forms and get them to the proper authorities/decision makers quickly. There was very little personal interaction even when I notified them that I had additional evidence for an appeal. Starts strong but doesnt deliver. Once you sign the contract the service level plummets. I had to send multiple emails, information was inaccurate and it was hard to get them to engage and correct. Every time it is like you start from scratch and you will mainly get a canned generic response. When it came time for my exam they promised you will meet with the Symptoms and Recap team before. I started the VA disability process with Vet *********** They were outstanding with very dedicated staff, hard working and helpful people. Every call was to the same person that was assigned to the case. They were informative and knowledgeable about the process. Everyone you talked to spoke ENGLISH as a first language. THEN IT ALL WENT SOUTH! They merged with Trajector. They did get the job completed in the end. I never spoke to the same person, then you have to explain everything all over each time you call. They started off well, but as time went on I cold not reach my battle ****** no return calls. The prices are too expensive for the service.

Where do I start they said they would get me increased there letter failed they advised I use there attorney for the appeal then I one so then I have to pay the attorney 20 percent and you 5 times the amount I still owe a little over 6 grand the total was over *************************** 20 grand I asked for them to tell me what if anything they did but all they said was the evidence was used but the doctor said the letter they wrote wouldve never got me anywhere and thats why it was denied..
