Trajector Medical is a scam. They did nothing on my last claim and are expecting to be paid. I filed the claim myself. Did all the paperwork myself..So, again.. stay away from this place!!!!!
There's no sugar coating it. This company is awful. The definition of taking money from well-deserved veterans. For starters, they out-source their team from some country in Asia with Virtual Assistances for their customer service department who have no idea how to address concerns. They have no idea what they are talking about, and they ignore you and stick with a script. When I first filed my VA claim they contacted me and said that they would help me get my benefits. and I agreed, but they did not help me at all. The VA made the call for my benefits and I have recieved them. The VA has no attorney listed for me on their record. Tried to get Veteran Disability through them. Came onto this site to see if they were legit and found out that they will not be helping to get what we need. Then we tried to delete the profile we made through the customer service department and they never deleted it and barely answered any inquiries about getting rid of the account. We just want the account deleted at this point if no one will help us.

Trajector Medical has changed for the worse. I first used their services when they were Vet Comp, and I gave them an initial high rating. They helped me to file claims that had some success. And they charged me handsomely for their help. Once that initial success was achieved, and they had my money, follow-up was cast aside. They had people who were knowledgeable, caring, and experienced, and follow-up was their forte. Something happened as the people now involved have no follow-up, are inexperienced, and no longer care. Trajector medical was a nightmare. Without my consult or my request to correct the terrible claim they prepared, I fired them for incompetence. They continued calling and harassing me for continuation of the claim. I have asked numerous times for closure of this now denied claim and a written release of service so that my claim may be pursued by professionals. There has been no response. Why are these people allowed to take disabled veterans hostage?
I had contacted them to use their service. I thought things were going good until it came time for my C&P exam. They called me to walk me through it all and I missed the call. Call them right back and the office was closed. Was told Id be given paperwork to submit as well. Never got that paperwork so I went into my C&P exam blindly. I also didnt have the paperwork. In 2019 I use the services of Vet Comp and Pen for a VA increase. Now they go by the new name Trajector Med. As it states in the contract "If there is an Increase for the work we performed" "We will take it from the increase created by the work we performed". The companies work got me "NO INCREASE". Therefore, i have no reason to contact me. Since there was no increase I asked them to cancel my account and they said they would do so.
