I submitted a written request on 01/22/2022 to cancel all services with this company and have not received a reply. This is concerning since their agreement states services will be cancelled when the non-canceling party receives request. If the company never acknowledges receipt of request that was emailed to 5+ contacts, it sounds like the company is trying to get out of any responsibility to agree to reasonable cancellation requests. Theyre scammers I worked in there and got fired last Friday they just fired more than 500 people and giving them a paper to sign that they cant *** or have their unemployment benefits just so they can have their computer thats not even worth it. I was referred to this company because I wanted to get help with submitting a claim to VA. They promised that they would get me in from of their professionals for exam, evaluations and prep for C&P exams. The only thing they did was wrote three statements, talked to me initially on the phone to explain what they would do for me and that was it. They screwed up my write up. Didn't call me before my C&P for hearing. The only reason I got 10% was because I talked to VFW who actually helped me. Yet they keep charging me money. Latest invoice for $2500 last one $703.

Used VCP for initial claim. After paying them for their initial services, I filed 4 new new claims on my own. VCP tried to **** me for consulting fees on new claims, stating they sent me a packet. I informed them I did not request a packet from them, nor did I receive or use the unsolicited packet they claimed they mailed **** spoke with 6 employees from VCP, explaining I did not use their services. It has been 5 month now and no real progress yet. The medical review was completed over a month ago and they keep sending bogus emails every 2 weeks or so but there has been no progress. It would seem that for the money the collect at completion, there would be some urgency but I guess since most of their employees are in *************** they operate at their speed.Find a company that is more responsive to customer needs.

They really know wow the VA works and with every service there is a cost but its worth the reward at the end. You would never know how many veterans are denied benefits because of miss wording and wrong diagnoses, please taken the time and find out about your benefits you have sacrificed yourself for your country and you deserve it.SFC Retired 100% P&T

They are very, very eager to talk to you until you are actually signed up and claim submitted. After than, good luck getting any answers as questions come up. I ended up firing them due to non-communication. I then got a very snotty reply saying something to the effect of, "sorry you didn't feel we answered you."No, I tried for over two weeks to get an answer for a time sensitive form that the VA wanted from me and I was heading into surgery and hospital stay and needed to get it taken care of before I went in.
