WOW!!! I was so disappointed with Trajector. When I first called Trajector to discuss their fees I was told that they will get a percentage of what I get from the VA Little did. They went through all of my injuries and illnesses that were thought to be military related. They told me when I started that I will only be charged if the disability rating is 50% or more. This is in fact true however, once my rating reached 50% they were completely done with me and within minutes I had a bill. The main problem I have with them is the fact that I asked if they would appeal one of my 10% ratings because I believe it should be more. They told me that couldn't appeal any decisions. Trajector Medical was the worst company I have ever worked with. The initial call seemed to be good then after that I was constantly called by non English speakers that I could not understand. The promise all these things and did not deliver on any of these. They call you or text you and then you call them back and no answer for hours. You text them back and no answer. Its crazy. Did get me a 20% increase in my VA Disability rating, but they fail badly in customer satisfaction. Most of what they promise to do, they don't follow through on. I would never recommend them for any reason.

They are a scam The accents of the employees that call me are so bad I cant understand them They sound almost like a robot voice from a computer I have quit using them

So far Im not 100% confident in this service and will wait to see what happens with the VA appointment and potential award. I know that I should be prepared for the bill that will come if I get a disability %, but Im not! So far Im finding that youre probably better off using a local advocate instead of this outfit

Had minimal success with them dealing w with the VA and now two years later they have started to spam call me. They will not get another dime from me. Veterans beware.

Trajector made many promises such as helping submit a claim, helping prepare for C&P, and helping gather evidence. All for the price of whatever you get rated for, if it's 0 you owe nothingsounded reasonable enough. That's not what I got though. They helped file the initial claim, I say loosely because all they did was write down what I told them and I submitted it. Then radio silence until I made a decision. Please do NOT use Trajector Medical. There are accredited companies that will not take a hefty fee because they're legally not allowed to take from your benefit. To take 5 months of your full benefits is criminal and the Attorney General in time will be having a civil suit against this company. I have been in contact with two state attorneys which I know personally and they're pursuing federal actions against this company. They sell you on this dog and pony show of help they plan to give you then pass you off. End of the day... read more
