I work with vet ********** before the name change to trajector, i wanted a increase for my migraines and it literally took 1 month and a half for the VA to make a decision. I didn't have to go to any appointments, i literally did everything myself and i was approved from 40% to 70%. I only received around $1700 in backpay but i had to pay this company almost $5000. I worked with Trajector Services in 2021 and was able to get an update in my claims percentile. I decided to work with them again to request an increase in some of my lower rated disability. The second time around was a horrible experience! I asked them in Jan 2022 to close my case, because customer service has decreased tremendously and this experience was nothing like my first one. I provided their requested records and received one call following. The company never returned a single call after the contract was signed. When i received the packet it was not useable and not to the standards the VA requires. Company calls several times a day although I have requested numerous times to be taken off of their call list. I did not solicit their help with any VA claims, do not need their help, would never pay money for help with a VA claim. I am on the do not call list. If the VA is selling veteran's contact information that is truly sad.

Made a deal to pay three months of what I got. Havent been able to reach the one Im supposed to work with in two months.I got a 10% disability and let some lady know since I couldnt get my helper. I was ask to send a copy of the letter and did and he was to call me. He didnt but immediately got a **** for much more than agreed on and I still havent heard from him.
I used this company and was awarded 50% more, but my over all rated did not go up. I requested to have other claim filed. My battle ***** would never call me back. I would call into the company asking to speak with her and would be told that she will call me back the next day. I am believing that because my rate was not increased and that there were no income to be gained that I am now being blew off

Could not contact when I needed to..no response for months..would not send me information in paper form..a lot of run around..AVOID.Go to you local people to help you.
This company has been contacting me non-stop after I requested cancellation of services and followed their protocol for doing so. They lie in their written agreement because they do not honor their end. This is what they do to disabled veterans. Before I even got any "package" developed, I asked to cancel services and they now contact me every chance they get.
