I have worked with Trajector for over a year. I did more work than my battle buddy ***** (the company assigns people with work with you). Numerous items were lost in email. He would just brush me off with a quick sorry. I would have to remind him constantly of where I was in the claim process. I sent them my medical records over two months ago with zero contact back. The company has restructured many times due their incompetence and inability to help people. Stay away.
There is a good reason they changed their company name from VA Claim Pros. Go check out that BBB review page and it will only confirm all the complaints and horrible reviews. First things first, this company and anyone who works with/for them should be ashamed. They are predators who take advantage of disabled veterans who already have enough going on in their lives. Yes I received an increase, but NO they didn't really do anything...Trajector Medical (formerly vet comp and pen) is definitely OVERPRICED. I know of several other veterans that used their service, and its all the same process. We fill out the questionnaire online, they take what we wrote and put it in a VA document, then WE upload the document to a VA claim on ebenefits OURSELVES. I heard about this company and wanted to give them a try. I spoke with the personnel in the initial interview and voiced all of my concerns and they ensured me that they will be doing the leg work for me in helping me get a better rating in which I deserved but didnt want to go through all the paperwork myself. They sent me a form to fill out in which I did and went through the process through the VA. They called me continuously asking me if I got a rating increase which I did not. Do not use this company they are predatory and I plan to ***. First they change their name. Second I did all the work myself and got my rating on own. I did the ground work ect. Do not use this company. They did not do any work. I will not be paying these people over 7 thousand after I fought hard and I'm the one who went throuhjt the tramua and is disabled. This is one of the most reprehensible companies I have ever dealt with. They lie through their teeth to get you to sign up and then do absolutely nothing. They told me that they would contact all of my doctors for evaluation and then write up everything for the VA. After being sent basically a copy (but poorly rewritten) of questionnaire answers, they wanted me to upload it to the VA. It was total c*** and unreadable. Terrible company. Unresponsive, a new "battle ****** every few weeks and absurdly over priced. All I did was fill out a template of questions, they took that and put it into paragraphs, word for word from the template of questions and sent it to me to upload. There was supposed to be a phone call with a symptoms recap team before the C&P, nothing happened. I went to all my appointments myself with no help from trajector. I was represented by an attorney and told Vet Comp and Pen that the attorney was doing the same work therefore I didn't need services. They attorney charges 20 percent so why would I pay them and an attorney. They continue to call after I declined services stating I owe them $7900 unreal. They didn't do any work!
