I started with VCP in 2019, no issues, really straightforward, communicated well, and was helpful. Received an increase due to their assistance. Paid my bills to them on time and in full each time. When they switched to Trajector Medical, that is where it went downhill. Almost a full year of trying to get someone to contact me. All I got was random automated emails asking me the same information over and over. Worst organized company ever.They run a sloppy call center out of *************** and never respond to me.If youre an executive with Trajector Medical please call me before I tell the world how incompetent your company is.

Trajectory Medical services would get a 5 star rating, if they did not try and charge you the amount they do. When I first reached out to them, I was told I would be charged whatever the amount extra I received. I was at 80 percent when I started. I was under the impression I would owe the difference in 80 to 100 percent if I get it. This was not the case.After 6 months I finally was given a 100% rating. I am U.S. Marine Veteran who out of desperation hired Trajector Medical (formerly Vet. Comp. & Pen Medical Consultants) to help me with my VA disability compensation claim. They were successful in my receipt of 10% compensation from the VA for the condition, "Tinnitus". Later, Trajector Medical sent an invoice for payments of service with fees that were not agree upon. these people are scammers they took my case away from another firm and after that they tried to get me to do thing on my computer that i couldn't do. Things that i had given them power to do that's when I found out they weren't registered with the gov. to handle my case I paid them and told them that i didn't need them any more they replied that i would have make a screen shot of all of my gov. decisions and send to them before i could fire them i dont think so

I went from 90 to a 100 percent. I paid them . Then here come the service fees at the end. Scammers

Vet Comp and Pen helped me. When they switched over to Trajector, they took credit for work they did not do and sent me a bill. I heard nothing from them for almost a year so filed a claim on my own and Trajector sends me a bill when they saw I got an increase. Let this be a ****** to everyone, formally close you account once you are finished with them. They will bill you for work they did not do. I learned the ****** the hard way. They are not very good in my opinion. They sent my VA form for evidence for an appeal for my sleep apnea. I uploaded it to my VA portal. About a week later I get a letter from the VA that Trajector used the wrong form. How could they s**** up that bad. They did get me from 80% to 90% a while back. But I did not feel good about using them for my last 10%. I used another well-known company and got my 100% in less than 2 months from the time I started until my decision. Total scam. Stay away. Representatives never called when they said they would when I needed help. But they sure knew how to get a hold of me when they wanted their money.
