Very small portion. Average food. High price. No dressing on salad. No oil or butter for bread. Tiny glass of water and no refills offered.
Avoid! Dirty glasses with food swimming around the drinks, cold food, hair on a meal, my Mother asked for gluten free pasta and was served normal pasta making her sick. manager apologized but was too late… definitely our worst meal whilst in NYC
The food was very overpriced and pathetic. Menu options are also not available. This is a typical overpriced tourist magnet with misleading google and opentable reviews that must have been purchased from an international call center. It was the worst Christmas dinner of a lifetime. Save yourself and stay away.
Food was overpriced and mediocre at best. Waiter kept rushing away from our table even while we were asking questions about the menu. I ordered a pasta dish and asked if vegetables could be added to my dish. Was told veggies could only be served as a side order. How hard is it to place vegetables on a bowl of pasta instead of on the side? Even though I was annoyed that they were not being accommodating, I ordered a side of mushrooms. My two daughters and I waited over an hour for our food while six tables were sat, food delivered, ate and three of them paid and left before we got a side of broccoli delivered. We never got a refill on water when we asked and kept getting told the kitchen would be “two more minutes”. We were very polite the entire time and just asked to pay so we could leave and the
Hectic, noisy tourist mill. We were first seated at a table which was jammed in near the kitchen and being bumped by passing wait staff. We asked to be moved and did get a better location. Service was friendly but inept. Roman artichokes were too crispy and not flavorful. Shrimp was mediocre, and chicken parmesan serving was large but uninspired. Very expensive for the value. Overall, an unpleasant experience and one we will not repeat.
We did not stay for dinner after waiting 15 minutes past our reservation time in a crowded entryway being run over by staff and other guests. When we were shown to our table there was more waiting and we were sat so close to the next table I could have picked food off their plates. Not the vibe for an anniversary dinner
The Swordfish was salty and overcooked. My kid's order was wrong. Food was slow to come out. Very overpriced for a meh experience. I will not be back.
